Great location, amazing room! One thing to improve on is to get another fan or AC in the living room because that area gets hot easily

I liked the territory, the pools, the architecture, the silence on the territory, the cleanliness on the territory... I didn't like the cleanliness of my room, there was a lot of dust on the plinth more !!

Close to the pool. You could see the ocean if you stepped out on the grass.

Clean, great location, really appreciated the beach chairs, mats, and pool noodles/body board available for our use.

The location was perfect for our stay. The property was nice and the access and parking was great. I highly recommend this place.

Close to beach, grocery store, shopping and walking paths

The condo was dirty when we arrived The front of the controls on the washer were hanging off and had been taped on. The light in the dining room was not working Patio furniture was white plastic chairs and was black on the arms from being so dirty. The carpet in the bedroom was not clean. Dirty corners on the floor and stuff laying under tv where you could see it. I should have asked to be moved. I called the lady in charge and she ordered a repair person for the washer who came later. She said a cleaning lady would come and they did and did not still have corners in kitchen and bathroom clean We came so far that we felt with this and cleaned ourselves. I can’t believe hotels dot com would use this place.

Great location right across from Kamaole Beach 3. Quieter end of S. Kihei Rd. Nice grounds. Condo could have used an update but was fine for our needs. Ours was privately owned so up to the owner and not CRH.

The place was excellent. Not use too in checking out without any staff involved.

There were lots of good for this resort, such as well maintained grounds, awesome location however each unit is privately owned therefore may or may not be updated. Ours was in the not updated category. This would have been ok, I just think there are better value for what you get. You get the same basic supplies (such as toilet paper or garbage bags) for one day stay or 10 day stay. When I asked for more, I was rudely told this is not a hotel. I also was told no to a late check out and told no, for trying to end my stay earlier. Beautiful Beach!!!!

Great place to stay when in Maui. Close to beach and no hassles while there. We would stay here again for sure.

Amazing Beach across the street. I was at the back of the condos so it was quite a walk. Still went down especially at night for sunset. Great swimming there too. Very shallow but doable. Careful severe shore break if you go out deeper. Smaller of the 3 beach parks so less people and kids. Condo is fully stocked with dishes pots and pans and full stove and refrigerator. Full coffee maker used every day.

We enjoyed the stay in the Hale Kamaole condo very much, it felt like a home away from home. Thank you very much for all you do for travelers. We sight seed every day and were close enough to do day trips to all the best places on Maui. We had a wonderful time.

I stayed many times at Hale Kamaole but this time due to very poor management of the Condominium I faced many problems and inconviniences

Great facilities and locale. Enjoyed our stay. Car is highly recommended for sight seeing and getting around.

This condo unit is ideally located within walking distance to beach and shops, and contains thoughtful furniture choices to accommodate various group sizes. It is also way overdue for an update, especially in terms of cleaning. We were greeted with a musty odor and an encrusted bug on the entryway tile, and not much improved from there. Over the bed was a textured wall hanging that held enough dust buildup to fill an average vacuum canister. Calcium buildup on faucets. More dust bunnies in all available nooks. Stains on doors, jambs, even ceilings. Dryer lint balls flying out every time we open or close laundry door. A COCKROACH IN THE KITCHEN CABINET!! Dust buildup cramming the wicker furniture. The sleeping options- a bed (including leftover stranger hair), a sofa sleeper (don’t mind the rust on the mattress cover), and 2 foam, foldable couches/sleeping mats were enough to sleep 8– vastly different than the 1 beach chair and 1 boogie board (which would be okay if that was commonplace, but the other units offer far more of these) or the supply of exactly 4 towels and a total of 2 sheet sets to cover all those beds. Then there is the building: you cannot use the microwave unless you first turn off some of the area lights, or else the circuit blows! Midweek, we spotted a leak under the toilet; the maintenance crew was on it and replaced the wax ring quickly, but did not level it so for the second half of the week everybody knew anytime we sat on it. So, time for an update.

Rented a condo for 5 nights in Kehei. The reservation was seemless and the customer service people were EXCELLENT while we were there. Would book again in a heartbeat. The place was comfortable and roomy. The décor was older but fit well for a beach rental condo. Having some gear to use was also a plus. Family loved every moment of it The negatives. We had problems with a bathroom sink and it was impossible to get hold of housekeeping to come fix it. To the point where we gave up and just dealt with it as we didn't want to waste our vacation calling them all the time - they have no answering machine and need one. They could leave more supplies for dishes and laundry, or maybe we just got lucky that there was exactly 5 coffee filters, and 3 dish detergents (which we had to stretch to make work) and 2 laundry (since they wanted us to start a load of towels that means only 1 for personal use). The checking-in was more difficult than needed. Having to call when you show up to get detailed instructions seems a little old-school. Just send a message the day before (or day of) that tells where to go, what the keypad code is, etc. to get keys. Again - would book with them anytime based on the place, location, and front office customer service.

Comfortable and feel like home because of washer and dryer. It is very easy to have all pots and pans and all these household thing they have . I would like to come back next time

There was no service. It's fine because the apartment was complete anyway, we didn't need anything else. My stay at 226 was perfect because my apartment was bright and airy. It also has free body boards and chairs for our use.

Spacious and a great location. Interior is dated. Availability of beach toys a real plus
