Dude was sleeping when I can in behind the counter. I also liked the nice smells I actually looked up the scent I liked it so much.

It’s just a 5-minute walk from the Hard Rock, but you don’t have to sell your kidney to stay here. Budget win! The cleanliness? Spotless. They could probably perform surgery in my room. And shout out to Gomez Gomez, the valet, who was so good at his job, I think he might’ve parked my stress too. Highly recommend this place for a rockstar experience without the rockstar prices!"

I stayed a week for a convention I was attending at the Hard Rock. This is a great hotel from what I experienced. My room was perfect with an awesome view of the guitar! I didn't get to check out the restaurant, pool, or bar when I was there as I was there for business and was too busy with that. But the ladies at the cafe downstairs were very friendly and helpful when ordering in the morning. The only person I'd encountered who wasn't friendly was a female at the front desk who was quite rude and not very helpful when asking her a few questions, like as if I was a bother. I asked her who the manager is and she told me she's the manager. I responded to her saying You're the manager and that's how you speak to your guests? And she responded "Speak how" and rolled her eye then gave me a blank stair. Other than that I enjoyed the rest of my stay and all the other employees. They have a shuttle to run you back and forth to the Hard Rock, valet was great, though a bit pricey. Cleaning service was very polite and the room was great! I'll definitely stay again!

Dolce was a fabulous upscale hotel close to the Seminole Hard Rock. There food and drinks wete healthy and delicious. We loved the decorations inside the room and hotel

Not a review just a complaint. One very frustrating issue has to do with the G7 restaurant, it does not maintain the hours posted on the internal directory for the hotel. In fact, there is only the lobby coffee kiosk that has any breakfast in the entire hotel Mgt. didn't appear concerned that the hotel did not offer a sit down breakfast for guest. I have to tell you, having stayed in hundreds of hotels world wide I don't think I've ever run into a situation like that. It was get a cup of coffee and do without a meal or walk to the McDonalds..What concerned me is the attitude of mgt. about the lack of a sit down restaurant for all 3 meals. Oh well I won't be staying there again.

Great hotel, right across from The Guitar Hotel. They had a convenient shuttle. Very pleased. Had a water problem w first room and given a second no problem, very fast. Will stay again.

Noise is horrible

Liked the hotel itself, cool vibes of a boutique hotel. Clean and across the street from the Hard Rock resort. The reason for a 3 star is the noise from the club on the roof. If you’re staying on the top floor, it permeates the ceiling and doesn’t stop thumping until at least 2 am. We were unable to fall asleep and the flimsy ear plugs provided in the room were no help.

Parking is expensive. More for the younger crowd with the roof top parties.

The property was decent for the location if you want to go to the hard rock for anything. Price wise it was a little overpriced considering nothing was opened and it was mandatory valet. I think it would have been particularly helpful to have known that the hotel observes orthodox Jewish traditions (closing early) before we booked. Post online at least, it would have helped us decide or know to get food or coffee or drinks or whatever prior to arriving instead of getting there and find out as we already checked in. The room was ok but again, you had to pay extra for any amenities in the room that were a bit overpriced. On top of valet, which should be optional. Overall, it was clean inside and beds were comfortable. Room did not get very cool and we had it down to 69 degrees but still felt humid. For the money, I kind of expected more luxuries than free coffee that was pretty awful and a shuttle that goes across the street. I’m not sure I would stay here again for a few reasons: 1. Location was a bit questionable (safety wise) 2. The value for the cost paid, not really worth it. 3. Don’t want to get stuck with restaurants, bars, or shops closing in the middle of the day or not open during the time I’m staying should I happen to schedule for a time when it’s a holiday or religious observance. Not everyone is going to be aware of particular practices of all religions, so there should always be communication to the public if you plan to serve the public.

The ac unit in the room was really loud. Kosher hotel so there was no where to eat when we got there the restaurant was closed.

Fantastic place everything was in order easy check in. Our room had a great View and was much better than expected. Perfect for my wife's birthday.

Only problem was the automatic valet parking charge. No on site parking

If you're going to the Hard Rock, this is the perfect place to stay! Clean, friendly, good snacks available and directly across the street from the guitar. And a McDonald's in the parking lot!
