The apartment was outstanding. When you arrive, the entrance to the place is not the prettiest, but once you enter the place you forget everything else: they are super host. Very quiet and easy access to down town and to beach. Highly recomended.

The location is perfect, it's a great spot for two persons, and close to the Rincon and Aguada downtown. The apartment has everything that you need, spacious, clean, in a quiet area, and the internet speed is good. Despite multiple power outages, the place owns a generator (and it is quiet too).
If you rent a car, rent a small SUV because it's tricky to get in and out of the property, but if you rent a small car just need to find a proper path.
Property managers are very accessible; they respond quickly via app or telephone.
It is a great place and I will stay there again.

You can tell that a lot of care went into updating this place, it’s very clean and most importantly affordable. The photos are quite accurate. If anything the place in person looks better. It’s a quick car ride to the all the amazing beaches. The kitchen is fully equipped so you can make all your meals there if you want to and we did!! I would note that it is on a steep hill, so if you have any mobility issues it might not be a good fit.
