In general the house is adequate for groups of people and has the bare bones what is required. Many minor cosmetic issues can be easily noticed (holes in roof, wall, cracked doors, etc). Second day of our stay, the storm door locked and could not be opened. The owner got the issue resolved the next day. The day following this, the lights and fan of the basement bathroom stopped working. This issue was not resolved for the duration of our stay. Many electrical issues were observed with the property. Lights that should work, do not work in three different locations of the house (front entrance, basement living room, and bathroom). The majority of the beds in the house were squeeky or bowed in the middle making it difficult for two people to sleep in them. If you are sheerly looking for somewhere to sleep, this property will get the job done. Be prepared for many minor inconveniences during your stay.

Overall it was good.

Spacious enough for our family while being out of our house for repairs. With a little love and attention this property could be excellent. Simple things like making sure all the light bulbs work would go a long way to add to the experience. Or having a working BBQ (no propane tank). But overall was pleasant

We were 3 families (6 adults, a 14 and a 12 year old) and this property was spacious and worked great for our needs. Property needs repairs on minor details (holes in walls, air vents broken, bathroom exhausts not cleaned, rusted door stoppers, etc). The hosts need to do a better job at up keep. Property was clean and ready for us when we checked in, with an ample supply of towels, linens, pillows, toilet paper, etc. The kitchen and pantry had everything we needed for the 5 days/4 nights stay. Very spacious, plenty of sleeping arrangements with 5 bedrooms and an extra bed in the basement as well. Quiet neighborhood, plenty of parking space, and a small backyard with a deck that faces a walking/biking path. We checked in on one of the hottest days of the year. It was 40 C plus humidity and the house was super hot. It would have been better if the host had turned on the AC a couple of hours before we checked in to cool off the house. We turned on the AC at 6:00 PM when we checked in and the house was at 29 C. It took a long time to cool down by 10:00 PM it was still 26 C. The hosts did not reach out till a few hours before check in day and time. But thereafter, once we checked in, they were super responsive (I only used VRBO to message). Great area too. Very close to get on the highway to head out to Banff National Park (which was the primary reason for us selecting this property). Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores around. Overall, it was a great stay!

We enjoyed our stay. The listing was exactly as it stated and the space suited our needs for a multi family stay over the holidays. There were some minor issues that were out of control of the hosts but did not deter our stay. The hosts were excellent to work with. The neighborhood was very quiet. I would not hesitate to recommend this place.

Rooms were nice - several beds. When we arrived, beds were unmade and towels were on the floor. Hard to understand owner on the phone. Had to wait while housekeeper came (this after 12 hours of travel). House lacks good cooking equipment. Pans were old, scratched tephlon. Not enough dishes, coffee maker didn't work. Few cooking staples. It does have a good location and restaurants near by. We still had a good visit.

We used it for beds to supplement our reunion sleeping needs. Only used beds they were a little squeaky and maybe a little worn. Mattress was soft in one room. Kitchen duck and bbq looked great but we didn’t use it. House was clean, comfortable, ac was excellent. Shower and bathroom were well stocked. Very good rental for our needs and value. Loved the simplicity of checking in!

Property needs some repair but very clean. Hosts are amazing! Would book again! Location is great too, was able to be anywhere in less than 30 minutes!
