Veel ruimte, gezellig ingericht, grote balkons aan voor en achterkant. Keuken met alles erop en eraan. Hondvriendelijk. Geen voor of achterburen, rustige locatie. Wij verbleven er twee weken voor een talencursus en vonden het heel comfortabel. En een hele lieve, attente huisbaas!

Het appartement ligt aan een heel steile straat. Ook in het centrum van Trieste gaan straten van hoog naar laag, met haarspeldbochten. Dat was wel even wennen!

Tiszta, tágas, jól felszerelt szállás. Matteo kedvesen fogadott minket, többször érdeklődött, elégedettek vagyunk-e?

Nem volt rossz élmény, hiányérzet, nem tudok rosszat írni.

Right next to the bus stop, lovely place, everything you could ever need - amazing. Hosts were lovely as well!

This is a rare type of property where it feels like home. Because it was. Everything is filled with love and attention. A lot of things around tell you stories, if you know what I mean. And where else would you enjoy VHS movie’s nowadays? My special regards to the farther of the owner, who is a great pleasure to talk with, and btw his English is perfect :) Great location, 15 minutes from the center by car, 25 minutes by bus.

Nothing is really worth to mention. Ok, parking outside the building may be a little tricky for some people, but can be solved easily by parking 3-5 minutes walking down the street.

Appartment is large, fully equipped, in a relatively quiet location, with good connectivity by public transport to the city center.

WiFi was unstable, I had to be on data most of the time. Electric Kettle would be nice, it is faster than boiling watter on gas. Some places with a lot of ash. Parking on the street possible, but not completely safe - but there is free parking on the main street apx. 130m away.

Spacious

Even though property is spacious, was filled with lot of unwanted furniture. The house owners personal stuffs are filled all over the property. Cleanliness is another issue and the dust present at each nook and corner. The time we arrived at Trieste was about 1pm and when we enquired about the possibility of an early check in, the property owner denied and said some other family is there at the property and will be ready by 4pm(check in time notified at the booking is 16:00 to 21:00). Since the s as slowed check in time is from 4pm, we check the possibility of dropping our baggages at the property and going out to spend our time till their stipulated check in time. Even that also denied and we went to visit one of our friend at a nearby town and told the property guys to get the apartment ready by 4pm. Subsequently when we got delayed at our friends place and also the train availability added up yo our delay. Then the caretaker whom is supposed to handover the keys said he waited for us about 30 minutes and is not available to handover the keys and if want the keys, we can collect it from his location!. Then after some discussions, he accepted to come and handed over the keys. A total mess at beginning itself. Then upon our arrival, he was in a hurry to leave and made a short briefing and left the place. After reaching at the property, the owner sent us a few messages mentioning that we are suppose keep 18 euros at the kitchen table(messages and irritating reminders!).Somehow we managed our stay and before we leave from the apartment,kept 20 euros(to satisfy the demand of owner to keep 18 euros)at the kitchen table and after we left the property, the owner and the caretaker started sending messages that their washing machine’s drum broken, he spent 210 euros to arrange it and we are suppose to sort out the issue!(the machine was an old model one, top load with locking type drum of 6kg. Even the cost of that kind of machine won’t be that much!).

Calm and very quite flat in the suburb. Parking in front of the house. The center is about 10 minutes by bus or 40 minutes walk. You have to get the bus ticket in advance at any tobacco shop but it's very difficult to find.

The house was well furnished, clean and in a very excellent position close to the bus stop nr 17 and few bus stops to the city centre. The host Matteo was very friendly and helpful
