It is good,.comfortable for us & for the kids as well!!

The property was excellent,peaceful!!but the pool away a bit from the house but its not a problem just a walking distance..

The stairs to go into the bedrooms they are very dangerous and the mattress on the guestroom they are horrible if you rent a car is a nightmare to park and they say free parking next-door neighbor doesn’t care always take your parking spot in front of your property very rude person

If you're travelling with your family and looking for a place to stay in davao, i highly recommended Z house of guest, the place was great. Quite, safe and a very accommodating staff. To Ms. Jho once again thank you so much for making my family comfortable ❤️hope we could visit again anytime soon.

It's hot because there's no trees around the subdivision and there's only 1 aircon in the room. The towels were not tidy and the bedsheets as well.

A homey feeling in the heart of the City, peaceful and quite environment. We enjoy our stay so much ! Superb and a very welcoming and accommodating Host ! Definitely a home away from home! Highly recommendable!!! Tre’s bien!!!!!
