It was clean and the communication with the owners was good
The beds were really uncomfortable and the traffic noise from the road kept me awake.

The location: distance-wise from the city centre, it was great.
The owners: they seemed very nice when we contacted them.
The photos are very deceptive. The exact location was certainly not as suggested in the photos and the state of the property is not as suggested either.
When we arrived, the property was not properly cleaned- even our 13 year old noticed! The owner sent another cleaner the next day but I wasn’t planning on having to hoover, clean the toilet or clean the bath upon arrival. It just left me wondering what else was not clean.
The advert said ‘immaculate’ but it really needs a general do-up, I’m afraid.
Beds and sofa really uncomfortable and left my husband with a bad back.

Close to old town and new town of Edinburgh city. Complete facilities with 3 rooms in the accommodation.
Owner is not responsible, called over 10 times and she/he never pick up calls. We asked instructions however never get any respond. Bedsheet and towels are quite smelly.

Minor issues: the bottom unit skirting board in kitchen is loose and kept falling down. Boiler cupboard door handle broken. Needs a few hooks to hang towels/coats
