Raňajky boli bohaté bolo z čoho vybrať myslím si,že každý by si tam našiel to mu chutí. Večere sme si vyberali z ála carte. Všetko bolo velmi chutné. Nie je čo vytknúť. Musím dať veľké + personálu ten bol úžasny, ústretový kompenzoval možno aj to negatívne. Keď že nie sme náročný zakazníci tak napriek nižšie uvedeným výhradam hodnotím pobyt za dobrý a v pohode .

Čo sa týka ubytovania konkrétne naša izba už svoje dobré časy mala za sebou. Napr. Dvere do WC a kúpelky sa nedali zatvoriť lebo boli celé vykrútene,dlažba v kúpelke každá druha bola odlepená ,poličky v skrini padali .Chcelo by to šikovného údržbára. Čo sa týka čístoty tak nemám výhrady.

Breakfast lady very nice person,she prepared every morning very delicious food and many varieties.

Not enough hot water for bath tub ,water was shut down for several hours no prior notification ,tiny kitchen 1 refrigerator for whole house ,no appliances for heat up any food

Everything was clean, breakfast was super good! Recommend!

Great, very helpful staff. Cosy room. Pension is very family-friendly with a toys' corner, a playground and a play-kitchen in the restaurant!!!

Bathroom air makes the room Kind of steamy and humid, as If the constructing was not prepared for en-suite-rooms. Guests should be informed about extra tax and City maps. Only minor Things though.

The privacy, we were never disturbed. Prices is okay for the value. The staff tried their best to meet our requests. Nice location. The restaurant situated in the Willa is also good.

No communication via booking chat, I've raised few requests about the cuisine (because celiac disease ) and none of them got answered. Poor times for breakfast (9:00 - 10:00) and Diner (12:00 - 18:00), If you plan to Hike in the Tatra mountains, you might have problems with having dinner on time, because these hikes can take up to 10-12 hours, if you don't make it in time, no meal for you in the restaurant. First day of the stay there was no staff available during the breakfast and we had no plates to eat from. Do not bother to include dinner into your stay, you will not get to choose what you want, usually you get 1 meal or 1 pizza + 1 soup, In case you have some diet problems (like celiac disease), you cannot eat anything. Drinks are not included, except for some lemonade and water. At the end of our stay I received a text message in POLISH about paying something extra in cash in PLN, but we did not have any and we were also 100 km away already on our way home - would be better to include the additional charges in the final price. Overall, the location is good, nature is unexceptionally beautiful, but the town of Zakopané is no exactly the best, it exist mainly as a tourist location and it looks cheap. Local people also abuse the animals for entertainment and business (horses mainly). Please, do not pay for riding the horse carriages, use your LEGS!
