All I needed. King size bed was comfortable enough. Room was small but traveling solo that was just fine. Breakfast food was decent. With the price I paid, I was happy.

Very very good. Wife had percedure at hospital. Able toget room to accommodate her needs bathroom and bed well suited to her needs. Changed location of room close to exit helpfull entering and leaving. Staff very friendly and helpful!

Room was nice, bed was ok, pillows could be a little better, but the chair was the worst I’ve ever used. And since I needed to write reports, that made it virtually impossible. Next time I need to work in a room, it won’t be in this hotel. This hotel is ok for sleeping. Staff is nice and the breakfast is what you’d expect.

We arrived about 9:30 at night and the employee was leaned back in his chair on his phone and seemed irritated that we arrived.... wasn't very friendly. The breakfast was awful and very dirty in the small breakfast area. The room itself was also very small. The beds were comfortable was positive... glad our stay was only for 1 night.

This is an annual trip, and a return stay. The rooms are nice, clean and inexpensive, with a friendly staff. No frills, but nice.

Very convenient location with lots of eating options nearby. The desk clerks were friendly and professional. The facility and room appeared clean and my room smelled good, and I’m have a picky nose. Don’t get me wrong- this hotel is a good place to sleep, so don’t expect bells and whistles. I will definitely stay here again when stopping in Joplin.

To be honest. They neee to do alotttt of updating. I was afraid to walk barefoot on the carpet. It smelled really funky(prob from old carpet) the room was tiny. It has a lot of old fixtures, bed was very uncomfortable. It just kinda seemed ghetto.

The honest truth, it is a decent hotel with a decent room. Nothing fancy at all, if you’re expecting otherwise then stay somewhere else. This room did the job, offered us a safe room to stay in and spend the night. It was quiet and felt safe and it was super affordable.

Close to I-44 and lots of food options. Room was clean, but smelled musty. Staff we interacted with were pleasant. Breakfast was largely non-existent - watery eggs, gravy but no bread or biscuits, out of coffee, very limited options.

I walked in and had no idea someone was behind the desk, no greeting and he was sitting no biggie just found it odd but he looked at me like I was the odd ball, but it was a fast check in. The reviews were great so I booked the place before arriving, the beds were so uncomfortable and small but that was my fault because it does say they are double, and not very clean, the bed was about one inch from the ac so I found that odd and it was still warm in the room. Not the best place I’ve stayed b

I booked my room 2 weeks ahead and put in a request because of several back surgeries and mobilty issues and was placed 3/4 down the hall. I even requested the 2nd floor if a room on the 1st floor wasn't available close to the lobby area. I was told that's the closest they could place me. This is unacceptable when I was there for 4 days and know rooms were available closer. The room was very small and not what was described. I had a difficult time moving around the room. The desk chair was not adjustable and close to falling a part where you could not sit in it. The room carpet was extremely dirty and needed to a good shampoo. I've stayed at this property before a long with other properties with no issues on a special request

There are no enough parking space available. Also the back side not very lit. Rooms and hall ways are ok. Breakfeast ok. Not great though.

I travel a lot around the USA for my work and it’s always nice to come to a hotel after a long day spend driving and have friendly staff, clean and quiet room, hot shower and a relaxing bed to sleep, would highly recommend this hotel.
