Cozy location up on a hill. Friendly service. Small bathroom.The area where the refrigerator, microwave, hot plate, and sink were located was behind a door. Layout was a bit questionable. Decent stay with friendly customer service.

There were some good things but I had a bad experience. The rooms were clean (both of the ones I was in) & the pool and hot tub were very nice and clean. The area felt safe and you park right in front of your room. What made my stay bad is that the first room I got put in smelled horrible. I thought maybe it was from something they used to clean the room so I opened the windows while I went to the store, it did not help. I asked if they had done renovations & she said yes they redid the tub. Told her the smell was too strong for me to stay in it. She made it seem like there weren't really any other rooms but I told her I wasn't going to stay in it so she put me in another room. Things were good there until I turned on the heater & it automatically smelled like it was going to catch fire, horrible burn smell. I went back to front desk told them about it but didn't ask for another room because of how she made me feel previously. She offered a space heater which I took because I was going to have to leave door & windows open for awhile to clear out the smell, it was November & cold. While I was getting the heater I over hear a walk in not only getting a room, so obviously there were more available, at a price $10 less than I paid through this site & $40 cheaper than they had quoted when I called directly. No breakfast from what I saw in the AM. Free coffee, juice for $2, muffins for $2. Even though I loved the site itself I wouldn't ever stay there again.

The View Hotel is such a lovely hotel. Our room was spacious and the bed was comfy. The front desk lady was super friendly and gave a great recommendation for Concho’s Mexican food. The chili relleno was amazing! Will definitely stay here again if in the area!

Only nit is wall mounted air conditioner was a bit noisy but I’ve never, in 60 years found an individual A/Cunit that was totally quiet regardless of price or brand name. Room was spotless, beds very comfortable, per their name the view was spectacular and the ground ground very well kept

It was strange incident because I thought I booked for two nights at the Mountain View but they said it was only for one night so I had to pay for other night. My concern is I m going to stay at Iron Horse Inn for the next three nights so I hope these issues is being resolved before I check there ( Iron Horse ) I m wondering if there is some misunderstandings over the phone call so please advise. Thank you.

This motel is a little gem. Very nice and clean.. pool was beautiful and the staff are very hospitable! The bedding could be better.. mattress was a bit soft for me and the shower head was low - I’m 5’10”. Overall, I’d stay again!

Took the family on a 2 day getaway for the 4th. We usually stay in Sedona, but as usual it was over booked. Found the View Hotel what a hideaway. From the great staff to the amenities we loved it. Will be staying here from now on.

Decent motel if looking to cut costs. The water pressure is amazing in the showers. Loved the long pool hours during the summer. Decently close to Sedona- approximately a 30 minute drive. Swamp coolers keep the units nice and cold. Only complaints were the walls where a little thin and we couldn’t find an off leash area for our dogs. Overall a nice budget friendly stay.

2nd time staying here but first time staying when hot tub was open. Was very bothered by the 8 teenage boys that came out from the office and used the pool and spa..was some underage drinking going on along with one of the boys using the spa with their socks on…used racial slurs amonst themselves..thinking that was ok and funny..very bad for business
