Great place, Parking lot was cramped

We had a great stay!! We were supposed to stay at the Kokopelli for two days. I called a few weeks before our stay and added another day. Unfortunately there was a glitch in the system in regards to holding our room, so when we got there they didn’t have our extra day. Samantha was very apologetic and helpful. She got us o to another on of their properties where we were able to stay the whole time we were there. The one bedroom apartment had a living room, full kitchen with supplies, it also had a great backyard with patio and hot tub. We had an amazing time. We were very grateful Samantha was able fix the problem. She even comped the night that was glitched and more. She went above and beyond. She helped make our stay in Moab amazing!! We will use Travel Toro every time we go to Moab!!

Our accommodations were perfect for our stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances, dishes, utensils, and cleaning supplies. The compound was quiet. For the price, all of this was a steal.

Cute little studio units. Great stay would stay again, only improvements we would like to see is better ladder for the bunkbeds. Cheap and flimsy and littles could fall.

The room is very good, confortable. The kitchen is equipped. The hostes answer very fast. The only thing I recommend to owners is to replace the bath door. The bath acoustic is not so good. I really recommend to stay at this place!!

Great little cottage. Very comfortable and had everything you need. Communication with property super easy. Only warning I'll give is the room is pretty bright so be ready for kids to wake early. Would definitely stay again.

BEST place to stay in Moab!! It is the perfect size for a family of up to four people. It was exceptionally clean and quiet. It is located one block from Main Street, so shopping and dining venues are easily accessible without moving the car. Arches NP is less than 10 mins away, and Canyonlands NP is about 20 minutes away. I would definately stay here again! Outstanding experience!

Kokopelli West was perfect. If you're looking for old world charm with modern world updates, then this is your place. We made a whirlwind trip across Utah to hit all the national parks with our last two nights in Moab. Glad we didn't start here because I would have never gone anywhere else!

Our stay was very nice. The suite was very clean and quiet. Comfortably close to restaurants and a short drive to shops. The property was very well maintained and pleasant weather allowed us to use the outdoor seating and table. There seemed to be only enough parking for a vehicle per unit so that could be an issue. I would happily use Kokopelli West again if I visit the area again.

Kokopelli was amazing! We had an amazing time for my boyfriend’s birthday trip. The little houses were just so adorable, so clean and it was close to everywhere we needed to go! 10/10 recommend! If you’re in Moab this is THE place to stay! :)

Neat and tidy, well equipped, very cute place

We LOVED our stay at Kokopelli West! The location was perfect… short drive to Arches NP and walking distance to almost all the shops and restaurants in Moab. The village of little “houses” was the cutest! Ours was clean, tastefully decorated, and had everything we needed. Our daughter loved the bunk alcove.

This was a perfect place to stay for our trip to Moab! The tiny house community is clean, comfortable, and convenient to downtown restaurants and shopping. Great base for exploring Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. Great communication from host! Would definitely stay here again!

My wife and I spent 6 nights here and found the unit very well designed with thoughtful amenities that made us feel right at home. Since these are individual units, none of the noises you’d typically find in many hotels exist, offering a quiet and restful stay. The bed is comfortable and supportive, so no daily backaches like you might find with a soft bed. The location is amazing, located within walking distance of some great food options, shopping, etc. We ate out most nights but bought groceries to cook our breakfast each morning. Everything you need to whip up a nice breakfast is provided (utensils, cookware, and even a great selection of spices… nice touch!). This was the perfect home base for our hiking outings in Arches, Canyonlands, Dead Horse Point State Park, and a couple other beautiful areas outside these parks. All in all, we couldn’t be happier and will book here again in the future. Loved it! Thank you to the owner and staff.

This place was absolutely amazing, it was very clean and comfortable. The owner has gone way out of her way to supply it with high quality cooking and eating utensils and the grounds are very clean. I will recommend this place to everyone.

What a gem! this quiet property was perfect after a day at Arches. Nice room including fridge, small cooktop, microwave. Very peaceful.

Adorable! Communication was awesome and this was perfectly situated for our needs. The only thing to be aware of IMHO is that the room seemed very humid so our towels did not dry and having a little better marker for the property parking lot would be helpful... we missed it twice on our arrival.

This is a great property. The layout is efficient, the decor is modern and calming. The location is absolutely fantastic! Wish we had booked it for a couple of more days. Wish we could have taken advantage of the cozy courtyard and getting to know fellow travellers.

Great place! Walking distance to town close to the arches. We used the grill in courtyard which was nice to have also a whole kitchen! Would stay again;)

Cute place in a great complex! It had everything we needed for our stay. Right in town - we walked to breakfast and dinner. I would definitely love to stay here again!

What a unique place to stay! The unit was laid out strategically to make the most of the space, and we really appreciated the kitchen so we could make some meals instead of just eating at restaurants. Another plus was the location: we could walk to the shops on the main drag and the food truck park, and there was a park across the street. My only complaint was the bed frame stuck out just a bit, so we stubbed toes or banged shins on it mutliple times. That is a very minor complaint, though. It was really a great property.

This little unit is so cute and kept very clean. The partially hidden bunk beds were fun to sleep more individuals - they were my son’s favorite. My only complaints were that there isn’t any kind of drawer/closet space to put clothes if you’re staying for a couple days as we did. We were one of the units next to the hot tub and later into the evenings we could hear every conversation people in the hot tubs were having - not always super loud, but distracting enough that it was sometimes difficult to get to sleep for a bit. Even given these things we would still choose to stay here again. The kitchen was very well stocked with cooking utensils, dishes, basic spices, and simple cleaning supplies.
