Lovely, spacious apartment within walking distance to Krupowki and shop. It was very well equipped and had everything we needed. The main bed was really nice and comfortable and kid loved the pool area where they spend quite few hours.

Sofa bed was very hard to sleep on and washing machine was out of service. The most annoying was probably lift with no button to the ground floor as someone apparently moved the buttons around and light in the corridor that was only turning on once we walked to the middle of the corridor which meant walking in the darkness post locking the door. Although had those few minor issues there was no major problems throughout our stay.

Spacious and clean rooms with great living room, nice recreational space with bath and sauna, private parking. Everything was clean and tidy, staff was kind and told us everything clearly.

The bath temperature could be a little higher however the rooms were pretty hot.

Swimming pool and sauna are very clean and nicely maintained.

Upon arrival we had to go to another building to pick up our keys, where we were met by unfriendly lady at the reception. She herself provided us with a unclear information on how to find our room, and then on the phone began telling me that we are “stupid” (in more polite manner) and cry that we should read instructions. Because of her the start of our stay was very unpleasant.

Sauna, Location, swimming pool,

Wooden beds, I bumped my legs several times on the shins. No reception at the location, had to pick up keys further away.

We liked sauna, there was a person to maintain heat, and also like pool 🏖

We had to take keys from different location and written information about it in English was very minimal

1. The door to the shared toilet did not close, the lock on the door did not work 2. The hangers in the bathroom were partially broken. 3. There was no floor dryer for clothes, things were dried on chairs 4. The floor lamp was for the interior, because there was no light bulb in it and there was no outlet nearby 5. The floor lamp on the bedside table was also for the interior, there were no sockets near the bed 6. There were no paper towels in the kitchen, although there was a stand. There was only one trash bag for the 4 day rental of the apartment. I understand that we can buy it ourselves, but we did not come to equip the apartment, but to rest. 7. The pool did not work on one of the days of the stay, to which they told us themselves without a clue why and when they would open it. We chose a hotel with a pool. 8. Also, the photos of the pool do not match, the pool looks more like a large jacuzzi for 10 people

Excellent apartment, remarkable amount of home comforts. Kitchen was well equipped, full sets of cutlery, glasses, kitchen utentils, pans, dishwasher etc Great view, you can actually see the mountains from the balcony unlike some places with a "view". The pool/jacuzzi/ sauna area is more geared toward relaxation than swimming, the pool is 130cm deep. Excellent addition to the booking nonetheless. The room had a sliding glass door equipped with a curtain seperating the main area and the bedroom which is great if like me you enjoy a nap undisturbed. There's a Żabka a stones throw away & a decent shop just over the road. Well located for most things you'd want to do the main street & bus station in walking distance, local bars, restaurants etc all very close. 10/10

The plug sockets haven't got USB, it's not a problem but you will need a power adaptor. Could've used a dedicated suitcase storage area, again not a problem really. Key pickup & the room are in two different locations which isn't ideal but it's not far between the two.

Wc doors lock was broken, and you dont if they will charge you for that, beds narrow, so child fell of several times, very bright at night from outside lamps, pool is small and overcrowded.

Very nice big modern apartment, good parking, not far from main street. Near a food shop.

Pool is very small (in the pictures looks much much bigger). There is no dishwasher in the apartment. Boom barrier in the parking closes automaticaly too fast and there is a risk of smashing the car (I suppose there is no sensor that car is under the barrier).

Apartment Safari, 2 bedrooms with no window, feel like in a bunker. Swimming pool was closed no one informed us. Play rooms open from 4pm not sure why not whole day. Not able to lock the door from the inside, only if you use the key. If other person will decide to stay not able to lock the apartment. Shower not cover so water goes everywhere.

The apartment on the ground floor does not connect with the pool & sauna. Very soft and very uncomfortable beds. Definitely need to replace it asap.

Good breakfast clean apartment. Close to everything with sauna and pool included.

Our bedroom had no curtain so wake up time was 05.30.
