Douchen boven is erg krap

Great location, a stones throw from the train station. Tram also walkable but quite adistance. Comfortable beds. Separate bathrooms for both rooms. Good cooking facilities. There's a corner shop off the green around the corner. Everything you could need for a weekend away.

Trains don't run on a Sunday from that station but the tram does. The tram is a good 20 - 30 mins walk from the house. Still doable, just not as convenient. I think we were unlucky, as I can't imagine this would happen every Sun, but at 6.00am there was a mechanical banging, that went on for about 45-60mins. I presume it was work on the train line. Wouldn't stop us using the house again because of the value and location from Edinburgh.

The property was very easy access with great parking. It was in a very nice and quiet cul-de-sac road and very private. The first thing we noticed about the property was just how clean and fresh everything was so that gave us a good vibe from the start and everything that you needed was there. I would rate this property as a definite 10/10 and highly recommend it.

There wasn’t anything bad to say about it.

Ruhige Lage, mit der Tram waren wir schnell im Zentrum. Alles was man braucht war da Sehr netter Kontakt mit Donna.

Alles war prima!

Accès facile au centre d’Edimbourg par le tramway Maisonnette agréable avec sa petite cour dans un quartier calme

Manquait quelques ustensiles cuisine Chambre du bas petite ( pour ouvrir les valises)

Quiet, clean, roomy for 4 adults.

I liked that it had parking available. It was 2 bedrooms but singles in the one room. It was very clean and appliances were easy to use.

The only thing I would say is that it was very nice to have 2 bathrooms but the upstairs shower was hard to navigate. It would be a good idea to have a non slip bath mat in the main bathroom for a senior.

Very comfortable and warm (we visited in December). Nice, well equipped kitchen. Plenty of space for family of four to be comfortable - a main bathroom and an en suite. The property is on a housing estate, so its a 10 minute walk to the station (goes into central Edinburgh) and 10-15 minutes to shops/facilities which was fine for us. Helpful hosts - easy to get in touch with if needed and responsive.
