Hotel entspricht den Beschreibungen und Fotos. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, Super Frühstück. Klimaanlage! Kostenloses Parken vor dem Hotel. Sehr nettes Personal.
Kein Aufzug, wir hatten Zimmer im dritten Stock, ist mit Gepäck nicht ganz einfach.
Das TOP renovierte Haus liegt in einer Straße, wo der Rest der Häuser eher einen zweifelhaften Eindruck machen. Nachts bangten wir um unser Auto wegen Randale und Polizeieinsatz.

We were close to everything & there is a large lounge to relax in.
Water, snacks & tea/coffee/water/fruit were complimentary too..
There wasn't anything we didn't like.

Loved the huge croissants! Liked the fact that different coffee options were available e.g. decaffeinated latte at breakfast.
Thought that the complimentary snacks in the room were a good idea.
The service all round was excellent and nothing was too much trouble for the staff.
Would have preferred the bedside lights to switch off independently.
In the future I think that handrails outside the property, down the steps, would be helpful.

So beautifully decorated, great attention to detail. The bedrooms were so comfortable with amazing bedding. But the whole house was welcoming. The welcome drinks on arrival were a lovely touch as were the snacks in the bedrooms. There was a great range of toiletries in the beautifully appointed bathrooms. And added to that the amazing staff who were so friendly and helpful throughout.

The breakfast was good - the best croissants ever! However, it became a touch samey after eight days. How to ring the changes needs a little more consideration. It was good to have the option to come down or take in the room.
The location was fine although the area could have been a little better and Margate as a whole could offer more

Can't use the tea and coffee facilities in the room. No where to plug the kettle or coffee maker.

Beautiful property, very modern and stylish and also very comfortable. Lovely facilities in the room including the seaweed products. Very friendly staff, noting was too much trouble and they were always on hand to answer queries. Lovely quiet location within easy walking distance of good restaurants and the beaches. Couldn’t fault it. Gorgeous!

A stunning property with so much thought and care put into every element.

This hotel was everything I was hoping for. So beautifully curated with all the decor, furniture and art and great care was taken to create a relaxing vibe with music and fragrance. Our host Lucas looked after us so well. The bedrooms has great little touches with incredible toiletries (Haeckels!) and complimentary snacks. The continental breakfast was fantastic and everything from the orange juice to the plates were of exceptional quality. I loved it and will be trying to find an excuse to return!

As a creative I really appreciated the way everything was curated and set up, lovely use of colour and the communal breakfast room is so nice. Breakfast was simple but that's the way it should be sometimes! I was in communication with the team via Whatsapp which worked better for me than a thousand emails and they were really attentive when I got there despite me being the only one staying that night! Talking of which. the beds are comfy and the pillows are actually good! Everything is of a high standard and it feels much more relaxed than a traditional hotel.
