Suraj is amazing as a host! Great guy, and we had nice conversations. The location is perfect - no too far from the center and yet secluded enough for a peaceful stay. The food served in the hostel is very good and pocket-friendly. The self-serving kitchen is amazing for people staying for longer than usual. I am definitely gonna revisit Zu-Zu when I go back to Shimla.

My stay at Zu Zu Hostel was AMAZING! The rooms lived up to the pictures, offering an incredible mountain view. The team is cool and their helpful attitude made our experience memorable—they treated us like friends, going above and beyond by allowing us to store our bags after checkout.

I would definitely recommend this place. Staff is very accommodating and understanding of any problem that would arise. The view was nice and hot water was available.

Overall experience was superb. If you are coming from car/taxi then property is 50 meters away but if you are coming by bus then you have to walk down from main road. An additional point for bikers is that it reaches hostel and has bike parking inside the hostel only

One can enjoy good valley view from balcony and garden area. If you want peace and want to keep aside from overcrowded hustle, this place is for you.

I booked this hostel for one day but extended my stay for a week. The environment is friendly and makes it easy to feel comfortable during the stay. They have good common area, balcony with great view and a garden. Great place to go for day hikes to nearby places like Chadwick, Viceregal Lodge and The Ridge from the property.

The best factor of hostel was the staff! They were kind, incredibly helpful & went to great lengths to make my stay comfortable & enjoyable and were so welcoming & kind.
Exceptionally clean and comfortable facilities as toilets & dorms were very well maintained. Excellent location with a beautiful Annadale Ground and mountain view.
The Mall Road was a bit of a climb to get to. But easy to get used to after one walk.

The hostel was lively, enjoyed the evening there by playing board games they have. I really enjoyed lively evenings. Special thanks to my new friend Ariel from Israel who taught me to play Dobble he got from Israel.

I spent 11 nights at this guesthouse overlooking a vast valley. Sweeping views from its huge balconies, exceptionally helpful staff, clean and comfy rooms. Food and tea/coffee are also available as well as purified water. Suraj the manager is always ready to help and he's very knowledgeable about the area. Excellent value for money.

The hostel is just amazing and lively. For me, view from balcony is fantastic. I enjoyed the company of other travelers and hile sitting in the balcony.

Everything at the hostel is amazing, has a great vibe. I found the hostel lively.the best thing about the hostel is balcony and garden area. The host of the property are so welcoming and put an extra effort to comfort their guests.
