The hot tub
The proximity to a very busy road , so constant
Traffic noise , the windows need sound proofing, we didn’t sleep very well due to traffic noise

Lovely period property, load of room for us all and plenty of sleeping space!
Loved the kitchen and the fact we could all sit around the big table and eat together.
Great welcome pack with quality items, plenty of towels etc….
Hot tub was great.
There were some little things that could be improved on, damp in the top Hare bedroom and the curtains were broken, doors that didn’t shut properly (needed adjusting).
Loads of flys in the light in the middle of the kitchen, razor left in the shower.
Quite a few cobwebs and dust on ornaments.
Some pillows were “past their best”
