great location and clean room

Staff were accommodating to our late arrival. Bed was comfortable and air conditioning worked well. Bathroom however was the problem. As another person wrote, you could hit your head and knees on the wall when using the toilet. The smell from the pipes at night was awful. During the day it wasn’t so bad.

The bathroom

Comfortable beds. Water in the room on arrival. Great swimming pool, but it does get busy! Good location to walk to the pier to get the boat to the islands, about 15mins. Netflix available in the room. Shampoo & shower gel in the bathroom.

The building is very much still under construction, the security made us aware (not the host) that there would be loud noises throughout the day on weekdays & it was loud!! I think this should be highlighted whilst booking as people looking to rest in the day won't get it! You can tell that this is new accommodation as there are a few things missing - hand towels, there is only one mirror (bathroom), a full length mirror within the room would be helpful, outside light for the balcony including a small table/chairs. The room was dusty in the corners & places with building dust. No coffee or tea available in room. It would be good to have a blind on the full length window by the bed to stop the light coming in the morning. Due to the above we felt like it was very overpriced for what we got.

Very convenient location, clean, spacious. It was also a pleasant surprise that the view from the window was exactly what the photos showed - straight to the pool!

Parking fee of rm5 per entry to park inside the building, but can be easily dealt with by parking roadside.

New property, in fact still under construction. Quite nice at the moment but after a few years of no maintenance this may change. Good location only 15 minutes walk to ferry wharf, and just across the road from night markets including food. Great view.

No actual reception currently and took about 10 minutes for someone to appear with keys. Then another 30 minutes to get wifi password messaged. Suggestion: have this in the room along with instructions on how to work the shower. Construction noise mostly ok but some times if heavy hammering. Would be nice to know this before booking.

Location is very convenient 1. Right across Handicraft market and pasar besar. 2. Short walk to Suria Mall and jetty to islands 3. Short walk to API API night market and Gaya street morning market 4. Studio unit is new and clean, comfortable bed. Slippers and shower toiletries provided

Be aware of on going renovation works in other units that the unit owner told us about(as this is a new building that is just starting to get occupied) so expect dust and noise that will stop at 5pm.

Great location in the city center, amazing apartments/rooms and wonderful pool. Additionally, the staff is very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this place and would definitely go again when visiting Kota Kinabalu. Many thanks for this lovely stay!

The cleanliness and the view + location

The view and environment is good

The communication was fantastic. They were really accommodating with my last minute arrival time change. The apartment was clean and modern.

Good location and new, relatively clean rooms. Two small water bottles for free.

The building isn’t finished yet, which means the hotel is lacking basic facilities: lobby’s, check in area, breakfast, laundry room.. all not there. Also, it was very noisy and the swimming pool wasn’t finished yet. They give very little amenities: one medium sized towel per person and very tiny soaps that smell quite bad. Also we got 1/4 size toilet paper roll which just wasn’t enough. The WiFi code was sent to us late as well. The absolute worst of all we’re the elevators. Since we had a room on level 23, we had to take the elevator which sometimes meant waiting for up to 17 minutes..!

In a sea view room but only can see 1/3 of sea view from the windows, the view mostly blocked by building. Lift has four but not all is available, long waiting period.

Very near to Todak Seafood, Night Market and Handicraft markert. Our host Moses was helpful and understanding.

Just a suggestion to add more mirrors and tissue paper.

Very clean and tidy, everything is very new too. Good location, easy access to Main Streets

If there’s washing machine will be a plus! And maybe need more hangers inside the bathroom. The compound is quite new, so some areas are still under construction.

Location

Bathroom is small, but toilet is small too, my head can hit the wall if I sit in the toilet. Besides, the water heater is too weak, water not hot but just warm.

Everything. The location is very close to Jesseltons jetty,from there you can go to the Islands The apartement od new,very clean,the view os great,there is also a swimming pool. The owner is super responsive!
