There was a bulb blown and cobwebs in light and ceiling also one towel for 2 people

Very comfy bed and lovely, clean room. Quilt, pillows, sheets and bed were very good quality. Room facilities were good with teas/coffees/ storage/TV etc. No hairdryer but this wasn't a problem. Key box facility to leave when needed.

It was a little further out from Margate than I realised (my planning fault!) but there was a good bus connection. Taxi services to and from Margate at later hours and on arrival were poor however, had to walk 40 mins back on the night to get to the property. Not the hosts fault though. A little disappointed not to get complimentary bathroom products that were photographed on booking.com photos but shower products were provided in the shower. The toilet and shower were not overly clean in the morning but this may have been due to another guest staying.

I didn't have breakfast as wasn't aware it was offered. The room was lovely and comfortable very spacious. Abi is a brilliant host, the home is warm and friendly and accommodation freshly decorated with lovely colour coordination. Excellent information pack with local amenities and good parking outside of the property.

There were a couple of cobwebs which I couldn't reach but this was not off putting as lovely garden view from window. I found the noise of the boiler in a cupboard in the room a little alarming at first as didn't know what it was. This however was not an issue as used to heat water during day, no issues at night.
