This location was great. The home was beautiful and property manager was easy to get a hold of and work with. Definitely recommend this place

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property was clean, comfortable & as pictured. Chad was always quick to respond & to supply couple items that were missing. Location & the view from back were nice if you want on the bay side with a quick golf cart ride to the beach. (would not be as good without a golf cart) Small disappointment was that the outdoor table fire-pit did not work, the outdoors area needs a little sprucing up, the community pool is not much and the hot tub was out of order & looked to be neglected. Construction going on nearby & 2 porta pots to look at. Overall, we had a nice quiet week, but guests moved in next door on our last day, & that would make it too close for comfort for an extended stay. New beach chairs and umbrella were a plus; bikes & kayak were fun. The golf cart was definitely a big plus!
