Originally we Had reservations with another owner. Unfortunately, the AC was out when we arrived and could not be repaired.. The owner Put us in touch with Navarre sands. They went above and beyond in assisting us into another rental with them. As we had to wait for our rental to be cleaned, they graciously put us in another rental so that we could have air conditioning while we waited. They went above and beyond. The rental was beautiful and everything we could’ve hoped for, We will definitely use them again in the future! Our family had the best vacation.

Pros:Nice location: The rental is situated in a very beautiful area, you can see water from the house and it is a very short walk to the beach on one side and just a few minutes drive on a golf cart to the gulf.Beautiful house: it is new, it is very modern, has appliances for a comfortable stay, and it accommodates a big company.Cons:Very loud air conditioning: The noise from the air conditioning vents is disruptive and makes it difficult to sleep peacefully. This issue significantly detracted from the overall enjoyment of the stay.Limited bathrooms: With only two bathrooms available for a group of 12 people, there were long waits and inconvenience, especially during peak times such as mornings, evenings, and after beach.

Beautiful property, clean and a nice size for our family. The view of the water is gorgeous where we enjoyed sunrise & sunset. We loved the outdoor spaces. Would go back.

Property was clean, comfortable & as pictured. Chad was always quick to respond & to supply couple items that were missing. Location & the view from back were nice if you want on the bay side with a quick golf cart ride to the beach. (would not be as good without a golf cart) Small disappointment was that the outdoor table fire-pit did not work, the outdoors area needs a little sprucing up, the community pool is not much and the hot tub was out of order & looked to be neglected. Construction going on nearby & 2 porta pots to look at. Overall, we had a nice quiet week, but guests moved in next door on our last day, & that would make it too close for comfort for an extended stay. New beach chairs and umbrella were a plus; bikes & kayak were fun. The golf cart was definitely a big plus!
