We visited with kids and this house was perfect for our needs. The house is located in a very nice neighborhood. It was clean and is spacious. There were some games and a swing set for the kids to play. Christine made sure that we know how to check in/out and that we have what we need.

The house was clean, spacious and comfortable. Separate work space and lululemon mirror were great features. Great location in the Rochester area!

Great location, immaculate home & responsive host

Big home, lots of space. The beds are very comfortable. Plenty of amenities and the check out list of things to do before we left wasn’t bad. Only two things I would caution. Old house equals very creaky stairs that can’t be helped. There was not a comfortable place to sit, we were like Goldie Locks trying to find a relaxing place to sit. The bed was the most relaxing place to be and rightfully so! Overall, I would stay again, mainly because it was so clean and the beds are worth the stay.

My family stayed at this beautiful home for a holiday weekend. We were visiting our daughter who attends a local university. First, the house is really lovely, it’s a home I would love to own for myself. It is updated with tons of high end amenities that we really enjoyed. There were beautiful window treatments, the linens were crisp and white. While updated, it was able to maintain it’s charm and character. We were 6 people and a small dog. There was plenty of room for us to not be on top of each other. The kitchen was beautiful and had great coffee/tea options. The kitchen table was definitely on the small side and we fit exactly 6 around it- so if you are more, a couple will have to sit at the counter- on stools. The master suite was really nice. We all enjoyed the big shower and my daughter even took a soak in the tub. There was an issue with the heat but the owner told us they were working on it. The place that seems set up to sit in and lounge in (a couch and two chairs) was the room with all the built ins. It’s a very nice room but it’s a bit cold- it’s got a slate floor. We had grandparents with us and they seemed cold out there. It would have been nice if we could sit in the living room- all at once. That said, we really weren’t there long enough for that to affect our stay. Christine, our host, was very responsive and helpful when necessary. Overall, we loved the house and will hopefully be able to rent it again in the future.

Excellent setting for us to stay with our dog (very walkable neighborhood) and plenty of room to host our family for a meal and gift giving. Short drives to all areas of interest (downtown, restaurants, shopping). Very quiet despite proximity to highway, which turns out to be extremely convenient

This was a great spot to stay when visiting family in New York. Clean and very comfortable!

We had a great visit. The kitchen and master bath are especially beautiful. Great attention to detail. Host is very responsive. Close to the expressway, parks, and plenty of dining options just a short drive away. There's a cafe just a quick walk away which is great for breakfast and lunch.
