Unfortunately, the condo was damaged by the January 2024 storms. Bailey Property Management moved us to 365 Beach Drive as a replacement property and well, we now have a dilemma for our future stays. As much as we absolutely loved the condo, I think we have found our new vacation rental in Rio Del Mar. This home is absolutely perfect!! The best views, well appointed interior with everything you need to make your vacation a memorable one. Not to mention there are 3 bathrooms to accommodate multiple guests at one time without crowing each other out. We were blown away and can't wait to book our new location vacation home next year once again! Thank you Bailey Property Management for always taking care of us.

Rio Del Mar Beach is one of my favorite beaches. I would definitely stay here again!
