Loved the location and the property. Definitely at the top of our list.

Checking in was super convenient. I was sent an email with all of the information for door codes, Wi-Fi, rules, checking out procedures, that i screenshot and sent to all of our guest so everyone was on the same page. There was a total of 17 of us, we were more than comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook (pots, pan, griddle, crockpot, cooking utensils, coffee pot). They had beach chairs available to use. The pool area had room for all of us to sit and hang out. The walk to the beach took less than 5 minutes.

The house was in a great spot.The furniture was not as comfortable as needed to be and had a few problems .(ac,light in pool and shower rod.

Amazing stay. House was exactly as expected and stocked with pool floats, outdoor games, and kitchen/ cooking utensils. Such an easy walk to the beach. Would recommend to anyone!

Notargiacomo Family Vacation 2023 July 28, 2023 My wife and I reserve the “Coastal Fantasea” as a vacation home for our family of 5. We were excited as we were receiving the emails with documents to finalize the reservation. We had reserved from August 5 – August 10, 2023. Over the next few days, we receive several emails with confirmation of our reservation, payment processing confirmation, and check in instructions. August 3, 2023 We discussed as a family, staying in Destin for 2 extra nights... the same home we reserved “Coastal Fantasea” was still available for 2 more nights after our original reservation and we had not been on a vacation in 2 years. We had saved for this trip and we know that this may be one of our last family vacations as we have older high schoolers....so we decided to stay the extra nights even though we have never been to the area or seen the home we were staying in. Our reservation is now for August 5 – August 12, 2023. We now receive change of reservation email and new codes for the doors. August 5, 2023 We drive to Destin, FL and arrive a few minutes before the scheduled check-in time. We call to see if we can check-in those few minutes early as we were driving in a terrible thunderstorm. Thankfully, the home was ready and available. As we get inside, get our bags to our rooms, and get the groceries put away and generally get settled, we notice the house isn’t that ‘clean’. The was a dead cockroach on the dining room floor, the floors are gritty,

The overall property was not that clean, wads of hair and dirt in the guest house. There was trash left from previous renters under multiple bed edges. The pool step was broken and never addressed. Upon arrival the pool was dirty and was very cloudy by the time the pool guy showed during the week. Location is great but that is about it.

Pool was not heated when we arrived; mold on doors and outdoor furniture; peeling paint on most cabinets; rotted deck board; security system alarm hanging off wall; uncollected garbage across the street; there were only a few rugs and the one on the back deck was filthy and tattered; no kitchen towels or cooking mitts.
