The location!!

THey,I kept charging card with fake damage repeatedly. I had a flood in the apt from the rain I had to clean up. It was cold I ask for extra blankets and a electric heater never came with the heater took them 3 days to bring me a blanket electrical wire hanging very low in the back patio. It was hazardous couldn't grill out side. They will cha your card for damage fee 300.00 repeatedly and then kept changing my account from$ 300.00 to 35.00 they are not a good place to stay. I do not recommend this place . The over draft my card and never gave me back my deposit and charged my card again 300.00 3 times in a row in one day that's 900.00 dollars they are crooks. Thieves. Booking .com needs to take the off thier stays. My bank account is frozen because of thier fake charges on my account . They will try anything to not give you your money back. Please do not stay here I do not recommend this place to anyone . Oh and I had clothes in the dry someone took my clothes out soak and wet that threw there close in there. I told the property manager and it was like Nothing I told him there is a camera over the door he said no their isn't I sent him the pictures and he act dumb founded like he didn't know and what makes it so bad they are the mini blinks they are the indoor ones and not for out side . I'm beyond mad with this place. Oh and my front lawn was dug up when I saw it I took pictures and sent I to them. And told them it's crazy how my yard is dug up but everyone else isn't . The maintenance man walk past my with a lil garden tool when I stop him and showed him he said it's a big dog that comes around. Now I been staying there for 10 days ain't no big dog came around . They will make up there own damages so they don't have to give you your deposit. Not cool.
