The stay was actually booked from a friend's account. Dunno why I got the review option 😅 anyway here goes:
The staff was understanding when we raised a concern that we had booked a garden view room, but the one we initially got had zero views and they changed the room to one with a view, in line with what was advertised. That room was great.

The fact that the room advertised was clearly one with a view, evident from both the pictures and the facilities listed on the booking page, but we were initially given a room that felt like a WW2 Bunker.
The fact that the staff tried to convince us to stay in the room without a view trying silly tactics like saying "see the third photo, that is the room, first couple photos are just for advertisement" etc...
Thankfully, we had ensured to check the facilities list advertised for our particular room before booking. So we stood our ground and got what we paid for(the staff were understanding enough to agree in the end and change our room). But other, less outspoken guests may not be able to do this.

Parking space was not at all nice. Actually there is no parking space only. They asked us to park in a steap.

The Location was good, food service was good and was served very nicely.
The bathroom and rooms were very stinky, no water facilities. Room service was not good. Restaurants were closed the food was served in open area. With child we had to sit outside in open area and have our breakfast and dinner. No tissue paper in washroom. It was smelling a lot.

Location was beautiful without proper vehicle parking. No bed tea was provided at that price. No acceptance of outside food allow. Food level inside restaurant was average.
For any service regarding call, they was not listening at all. Staff nature was kind but painful while taking service on call.

Location and food was very good. The staff were very polite, cooperative and decent. Room rent is very reasonable.
There was no mirror in the bath room. Water was leaking from the shower. Wash basin tap was not fixed property. Rooms painting was not good.

The food was pathetic, service was worst, if you order food or any thing, you will get aftrr 1 hour, the receptionist was not welcoming at all , speaks rudely and this entire property needs huge maintenance.

The outdoor and place where the hotel was located is pretty awesome.
Was not comfortable at all, the bed and bedsheets were not clean at all, and we couldn't have a good sleep due to the itchiness of the bed.

Being very close to the main road. I didn't expect much from yhe stay. but the moment you enter it is a whole another world with green lawns and the breathtaking view of the Ketti Valley.
Don't miss out on the treat nearby resort.
The Reception staff guided us well on the sightseeing packages and helped us with the taxi also.
A must try would be the chef special Crispy chicken

The room were clean and it smells good.
First of all. When we checked in the receptionist took us lightly and didn’t inform us everything. If you are a receptionist you will give your guests information about the hotel services especially rooms services and food orders. He let us sign a form which obviously is the first process but did not state that the number you will put in there should also be your WhatsApp number as well, because in their resort they only connect to their customers through WhatsApp group (which the receptionist did not tell us) In our case our WhatsApp number and local number is not the same (we put the local number of course because we are currently in India and our WhatsApp number is registered in Kuwait where we are working) In short we cannot receive any messages from them . AGAIN before sending your guest in their rooms you should confirm everything. You also don’t automatically assume that the guests are living in that country just because they speak the same language as you (maybe they are residing abroad or working abroad like us.) check all and confirm all after you send them in their respective rooms. Or to make it simple unless you’re cutting cost just put an intercom phone each rooms. Plus we had a trouble when we paid (this is technical error tho)
Then if you can spend a lot for your hotel infrastructure might as well spend more for wifi connections. The WiFi network can’t barely reach our room. Wifi these days are very important especially to those traveling guests. I hope you take this as an opportunity to improve and grow more to further serve your guests better.

Best time to trek is in the early morning to get a good view of the sunrise.

The view from the property is breathtaking.The comfort of stay in property facing one of the view planning to visit again soon .The staff was very helpful and guide us with all the site seeing places .
