Straßenbahnen und Busbahnhof vor dem Hotel, sehr laut

Downtown location was great, fun view of the trams for the kids. The room was better than imagined, the design and comfort were top! They were remodeling the steam room, but the pool was great and the workout room was small, but had the basics needed on vacation.

Outside was noisy from buses/trams, but there is nothing the hotel can do about that. My kids and I slept great, but woke up the husband.

Very modern and clean . Bed was comfy !

I didn’t care for the parking . Their garage is very small and the lot behind them needs to be tended to lots of weeds. Also didn’t like that the parking lot was a separate entity from the hotel

The hot tub was across from the room and was an excellent temperature!! The toilet with all of its features was spectacular. The only better one was in Monte Carlo,

Included parking. The morning desk guy was very disconnected with our stay bd the lady at the desk the night before was very friendly and helpful!

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. They went above and beyond so that we would enjoy the stay. The room was very nice and there was even an indoor swimming pool but when we were the windows were open so it was too cold. Anyway, the location in Long Beach is superb. Can’t wait to stay there again.

I absolutely loooved it . It was so private and neat . The toilets are electric with self cleaning . The rooms are super modern . The room only works with your keep inserted on the wall . There’s a killer spa and a roof for partying. I looked everywhere for a place me and my girl could chill and THIS IS IT . Great Getaway ❤️❤️❤️
