Too cold no fridge

The owner was helpful with information and even gave us things that we needed in the apartment. There's a kettle and microwave which came very handy.The bed is comfortable and we slept well.

The apartment was dirty, dirst all over the work tops and hob, bathroom was very untidy plus unhygienic, dump towel by the shower instead of a mat,toilet was very dirty, there was also dust bin with rubbish in bathroom and no liner in it, sink and widow seal looked dirty too.

It wasn't easy to find due to lay out of house numbers on the road No 14 was on the opposite side to numbers 8, 10 & 12. The contact number wasn't correct so some delay in finding the property but on arrival friendly and helpful service given.

No fridge facilities or heating. Unfortunately door opposite bed was in line with bright street light and blind didn't keep all the light out which wasn't good for me
