Great value for money in a central location of Mombasa Old Town, perfect for exploring the city after few days at the beach. We stayed in a private room and had a really nice balcony with an amazing view. Room was small but big enough for a short stay. Bathrooms are all shared but always were spotless clean.

Mosquito net had a few holes and could be fixed, otherwise really perfect place for the price.

Tulia is in a great location for tourists and has a small balcony that looks on to the water. The decor is simple and attractive and the restaurant offers good food. All in all, excellent value for money.

Die Unterkunft lag nah am Wasser. Dafür mussten wir durch die Altstadt, was Mega spannend war! Allerdings für ein Auto eine kleine Tortur durch den ganzen Trubel. Die Lage ist super, nicht weit vom Fort Jesus entfernt. Die Unterkunft ist sauber, hat Decken-Ventilatoren im Schlafzimmer und Moskitonetze für die Betten. Sie bietet Wasser und Speisen an. Es wirkt wie ein Hostel und die Waschgelegenheiten sind Gemeinschaft. Was uns aber überhaupt nicht störte. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und das Personal war immer sehr freundlich.

The restaurant and the atmosphere are great and there is a great view from the balcony, where it’s cool and quiet.

Old Town is not so nice as it sounds, this place is a real gem, but once you get there the location is great right next to the bay.

Gute Lage, sehr leckeres Frühstück (Homemade granola), sauber, schöne Bar am Meer

Viele Sachen auf der Frühstückskarte gab es nicht, Toilette der Damen im Gemeinschaftsbad. Waschbecken im Innenhof. Das Mosquitonetz ist absolut sinnlos, da die Decke so hoch ist, dass selbst wenn ein Mosquito vorhanden ist man keine Chance hat ihn zu erwischen.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit unglaublich tollen Blick auf das Meer und deren Altstadt. Preislich sehr fair. Am nächsten Tag ist jemand vorbei gekommen ob man eine Bootsfahrt für 2 Stunden machen möchte bei Sonnenuntergang und einen festen preis, der sehr fair war. Das tolle ist wenn man das Zimmer bucht mit Balkon das gleich neben dem Restaurantliegt kam man gleich auf seinem Balkon essen.

- the fan inside the dorms are too noisy - the window at the bathroom are too big. It is like an open bathroom - there is no curtain to block view between beds in the dorm. - no towel
