A very clean cosy budget homestay for a group of friends or family.
Quite a distance to city area. Can’t hunt for food around that area.

Location - near to the 2 bridges and city centre. Premises was clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable.

Location near to the penang bridge and easy to access…the guard was very friendly.. the host also responded so fast and guide me smoothly. The house was clean, and comfortable.
Just have to wait longer for the lift..

周日还有装修嘈杂声，枕头有很重异味
墙壁很多裂痕 水积印 （不影响住宿但美观可惜了）
只是主人房冷气不冷，风扇开最大也没有感觉也有风
若打开客厅那的厕所窗口外面会看得进浴室
厨房的窗口也是看尽客厅

Spaciousness of the apartment
Bathrooms had NO shower curtains resulting in a VERY, VERY wet bathroom floor. One of the doors was already warped.
Poor lift service leading to lengthy waits.
Part of ceiling in car park 113 fell off. Fortunately our car was not there.
No microwave although listed as a room amenity.

Clean and nice set up.. cozy..my younger daughter luv the infinity pool and all the pool available..
Abit small for family with older kids but reasonable with the price.

Very clean, host gave clear and concise instructions to enter the place
the guard at front. Not really friendly and isnt fluent in english. when asked about parking he brushed us off. parking was also far up, but spacious.
