Very bad service. No soaps/ towels provided we had to ask. Breakfast was not at all served inspite of several personal as well phone call requests made up wait hungry for breakfast till 10am saying breakfast will arrive in 5minutes and we were forced to go out and eat. But breakfast money was taken well in advance and did not refund the money. Disgusting place not at all worth. Waste of time and money.

Good hotel if you're travelling solo or as couples, they allow unmarried couples too. Breakfast served is of good quality with a quality room service. But the place is a bit inside although walkable distance from Aerocity metro station

It is an old property, but very well-maintained rooms. You can take lessons with them on how customer service should be - that is the level of service they provide. I believe there is limited space for car parking in front of the hotel. It is family friendly and you can order good food via Zomato or swiggy since there is no restaurant attached. Definitely one one of the best hotels worth staying under the budget category.Everyone are very kind and humble. Service is way tooooooo good that u don't even face a problem in any of the things. Definitely a golden rating hotel and I have decided to visit them often. Keep up the good work. ❤️

We had a 2 days stay. We booked this hotel after going through the reviews. But, speaking honestly, the rooms were excellent. The staff were very polite & helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is very clean & they keep on cleaning the floors & gangway very often. The service people were very polite, concerned & honest. Room cleaning & service was very neat. It's not a restaurant attached but the staff & service people help in getting food from outside to the room. Also there are famous restaurants very near to the hotel, so nothing to worry. We give a 10/10 for the hotel, rooms, staff & the service people there. We would definitely recommend anybody to please book this hotel for a peaceful stay. 👌👌👌👍

WARNING This hotel is a SCAM. The hotel is not where it is located on the Booking.com map. You think it is located in the airport but it is not, address is wrong! You can find the hotel on Google as Hotel Plazzo. My driver needed to call to find the hotel. They took my money and then cancelled my booking on Booking.com because they knew we would leave a bad review. When I booked it again out of principle they took a picture of the booking and wrote a review in my name!! I only figured it out because I got a notice from Booking.com stating that I wrote one. Other problems: cockroaches, bad old rooms, leaking taps, shower that is rusted and doesn't work, bad stale breakfast, mould on walls and in shower, chair broken, one towel for 2 people. The hotel definitely doesn't look like the pictures!! It is listed as a 4 star rating, really?? 2 Stars is already a lot.

Beware!! I did not write the following review, somehow someone else has given the following favourable review, but it was not me, and I don’t know how my account was hacked. Be very careful! I also did not give it a score of 8. “The staff at the hotel were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortabl” The following would be my actual honest appraisal of this hotel, it is in a great location, albeit in a typical side street of Delhi, but it is only 10 minute taxi from the airport depending on traffic which is what we needed it for. Very good value as a place to sleep for the night And the bed and bathroom were acceptable by Delhi standards. We’ve booked a city view and a balcony, but the room we were offered had no external window and smelt of smoke with questionable activities in the other rooms with doors banging until the early hours and loud voices coming through the thin door to our room we were shown to a room which had a balcony it was virtually derelict and rubbish and builders equipment were stored on the balcony so it was unusable and the room and bath room were covered in mildew. Come on guys sort it out. Staff were nice enough.
