Enjoyed the location, decor, cleanliness

Couch and bed were a bit hard.

It was a comfortable second floor flat in a quiet neighbourhood suitable for self-catering. Good free parking nearby. There were some great touches like a coffee percolator with real coffee and well-being pods. There was self-entry and exit using a code sent by the owner the day before. The owner was available remotely to answer any queries.

The front door is a fiddle to lock in the absence of any instructions, but we got there with trial and error in the end.

Good apartment in Gainesville. Easy communication with the host. We didn't use many ammenities, but there were a lot if we had wanted to. This place had the best AC I have ever come across!

The bed (and the couch) were not comfortable. That is the only think I can say that wasn't great.

Hier hat alles gepasst. Sehr netter Kontakt, super schöne Wohnung mit allem was man braucht in einer Wohnanlage mit Parkplatz. Dass Bett muss man sagen war sehr hart aber das sind einfach persönliche Belange die für jeden individuell zu bewerten ist. Luftentfeuchter ist auch vorhanden und für einen frischen Duft ist auch gesorgt. Nehme an dass man hier ein wenig mit Feuchtigkeit zu kämpfen hat. Merkt man nicht. Also war alles top. Waren nur eine Nacht hier, sozusagen auf der Durchreise aber wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Können die Wohnung für den top Preis nur empfehlen.
