Η ευγένεια και εξυπηρέτηση του ιδιοκτήτη, η απόσταση από το κέντρο στα είκοσι λεπτά, η άνεση, η ησυχία, η ασφάλεια, ο εξοπλισμός, η δίκαιη τιμή, υπάρχουν τρία μάρκετ σε απόσταση 200 μέτρων όπως και μικρά καφέ, ένα εκπληκτικό παραδοσιακό ταβερνάκι στα 200 μέτρα επίσης.

Δεν έχω να σημειώσω κάτι αρνητικό.

Uns hat es rundum gut gefallen. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt! Check-In und Check-out waren unkompliziert. Das Apartment ist schön und praktisch eingerichtet, sehr sauber und die Küche gut ausgestattet, sodass man alles da hat, um sich selbst zu versorgen, wenn man möchte. Das Bett und auch das Sofa waren bequem. Das Appartment ist ruhig gelegen und wir haben morgens und abends den großen Balkon genossen. Das Wifi ist sehr gut, sodass ich an einem Tag ohne Probleme an einer Online-Fortbildung teilnehmen konnte. Ein Lidl ist 5 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt, ein Minimarkt nach 5 Minuten Laufen erreichbar. In 20 Minuten ist man per Fuß in der Innenstadt, aber auch in der Nähe der Unterkunft gibt es ein paar Restaurants. Vor allem ist Gregoris ein sehr herzlicher und hilfsbereiten Gastgeber :) Wenn wir nochmal auf Zypern sind, kommen wir sicher wieder!

Very nice simple apartment. The owner Gregoris was really friendly. Easy designated parking for the rental car underneath the building. About 25 mins walk to the centre so it's quiet at night which is what we wanted.

Nothing to mention

Cosy, cute apartment, extreme clean, on the great location in the central zone of Nicosia. Apartment is comfortable, clean, has all facilities, there was even water for ironing :), big balcony, parking space, more towels...etc. The landowner is very kind, very hospitable, responds quickly to messages and is always available, true Greek hospitality ! I will definitely choose this accommodation again and will be happy to recommend it to others. It's a real pleasure to stay in this kind of accommodation. Also I would like to give a higher rating than 10, because this accommodation deserve it ! Thank you Mr.Gregoris
