There was no breakfast offered, we couldn't stay at the place, because the AirCon caused constant electricity failures, so we had to check out and neither booking.com nor the owner compensated us, although the booking.com lied to us first, promising to settle the problem. In the end the owner refused to accept, that it was his fault, that the electricity didn't work and even blamed us, that we held up his agent, although we only asked him to fix the electricity, NOTHING ELSE, and when he couldn't, we called booking.com, who simply lied to us, because Miss Cynthia first promised us to settle the issue, but next day her colleague told us, that she wasn't allowed to give us such a promise and although we had to move out of the area, we weren't compensated neither by the owners nor by booking.com, who literally conned us and we told them, that we'll never book through them again. Don't book with that booking company, coz it can happen, that they promise you a compensation for a failure and the next day their colleague tells you, that the first one didn't have the right to give you such a promise, while the owner offered us a 10 Ringgits compensation, what was a disgrace, which we didn't accept and rather moved out. We had to pay a lot that night, because the electricity of this place didn't work and no-one was willing to take responsibility. I told the owner, that I will write a report about his terrible misbehavior, and his response was, that, if I do that, he'll write some sort of revenge about us on all platforms, so that we don't get any place to stay anymore. This owner behaves crooked because, threatening with revenge is a lowlife attitude with booking.com supporting him by telling us, that Miss Cynthia had no right to give us such a promise, WHAT SHE HAD DONE, and we can only call that very poor from booking.com.

Terrible, we couldn't stay at that place due to constantly repeating electricity failures, which the owner offered us 10 Ringgits compensation for. DON'T STAY AT THAT PLACE!
