My stay was very good. The accommodation exceeded my exceptions and good value. However the poor communication to me from Hotels.com regarding the checkin procedure & security deposit left me out in the rain before getting into my room. Had it not been for the staff at the hotel guiding me it would have taken longer. The Hotel and staff were great. Hotels.com not so much.

Was locked out of the building before I could check in. Worst experience Ive ever had with a hotel. Refusing to refund me after not letting me in to the room. Never using Expedia again.

Very quiet and private. Easy access, well equipped, short walk to the best museums, parks and dining.

The hotel is unmanned and (at least if booking thtough Expedia, which I did) there is no way to contact them in a timely manner outside of Expedia email system.
They sent me a message the day before my check in saying that they would send me a separate email with the code to the door (since there would be no one on site for check in). I was oversease at the moment, and tried to contact them but as mentioned, I had to do it by sending an email throguh Expedia. An automated reply said that it would take around 24 hours for me to get a reply.
The hotel sent me the code to the door the day AFTER my check in. My reservation was only for one night so yeah, I can't comment on cleanliness or conditions of the facility since I NEVER saw it. They did take my money though. Thieves.

A lovely stay in high standard accommodation. A good location too away from the immediate noise and crowds but still within walking distance of everything. The room was large. The check in was very poor though, when we got there we discovered we should have been sent pre information and also had to pay a security deposit outside of our booking app through a random payment tool. After making phone calls and payment we were allowed to check in. The communication should have been better and I resent paying a deposit outside of our booking app.

We loved having a spacious room which is kinda rare in Dublin.

Room was clean, but there was no privacy for a 2 bed apartment. Only one bathroom. No doors to separate the beds.

Quite quirky rooms with interesting layouts. It doesn't feel very secure when travelling alone with no key lock, or chain lock on the doors (there were 2 connecting doors to my room). Bed was very comfortable, shower was great and had everything I needed in the kitchen. Check in was fine as others said it was difficult but once you follow the instructions it's pretty simple. Rooms a little on the cool side with breezes through the vents but this didn't bother me too much.

It is a wonderful place to stay, centrally located and within walking distance of most places that we wanted to visit. My one wish would be that there was a way to recycle plastic and paper.

Being put in a fully equipped disabled access room wasn't the best start. If I want to wash my arse in a sink fine but I don't.
And we didn't need a room next to the front door on the ground floor with its slamming and banging.
And we I didn't want to keep the blinds closed because people were walking inches from the bed and the street outside. I will try and post a picture later. It's comical.
And having no staff creates its own problems and mild anxiety when things go wrong.
We were moved upstairs into a cold room (there's no central heating) with a weird stairwell outside where people were smoking and laughing at 5:10 in the morning. Pissed from the night before.
This wouldn't happen in a hotel with on site staff.
The rooms are clean and the apartments are new. The showers are really good although in the disabled room they were lukewarm presumably because they don't want to burn people sat in the disabled chair in the bathroom.
They need to work really hard on the stairwell which is industrial and echoey.
It was €175 a night which I think deserves better even though Dublin is expensive.
There's no class so if you're looking to impress your wife or girlfriend it's not for you.
I always try and post good reviews but it's difficult in this case but I'm not bitter. The offside star for his helpful as it could be although I had to wait till the last minute to get my new room code. I felt untrusted.
It's basic clean and if things go well it's fine.

Great place to stay, central enough. Clean and full of everything you would need. Lots of food and drink options around. A brilliant place to stay in Dublin.

The room was great. Clean, well-kept, with excellent wifi, the only thing is we could not figure out how the heater worked, so it was a little bit cold

Great value for money, lovely place. Very clean and fairly quiet given it's location. Free on street parking from 7pm to 7am. Jervis parking is €15 for a day. Should add that you enter via the back entrance. The front door should add an arrow pointing right. Also I was given a code for the room but not told it was for a lock box to get the key for the room. Not being familiar with this I'd to ring on arrival. Was assisted immediately do all good. Lovely lunch spot across the street Tang and a fab wine bar below.
