The size was larger than expected. Although I did not use the kitchen because my conference supplied meals, it was great having the option, huge shower with good pressure. Walking distance to restaurants and waterfront. Comfortable, especially the bed.

The smell walking in the main door is unpleasant, cigarettes and Marijuana with a touch of wet dog, once inside the apartment most of that goes away. My guess it's in the old carpet on both sets of stairs. Very loud area with people on the street and loud cars and motorcycles racing, yes, racing by.
