Breakfast. There were no options. Only Tea, coffee, waffles and cereal.

The front desk staff was rude to us when we arrived, the rooms next to us were loud and partying until midnight, and for breakfast there was not much options.

Toilet in our room did not flush. Room smelled bad. Walls had many areas of damage/crumbling plaster. The chair in our room had stains like someone had peed on it. Only were given one room key. Very overpriced for very bad quality.

The recommendation for a place to eat for dinner.

Breakfast was just waffles. No bagels or anything that can be taken to go. Room and hallway kind of smelled. Bathroom wasn’t very clean.

Old, beat-up, dirty, close to no services. To high of price, especially for the Norman Bates vibe I got from the whole stay.

The lady that checked me in was very nice, the lady that set up breakfast was extremely helpful. Location was 8 minutes away from where I was going.

My tub was stopped up. Housekeeping came to my room before 11am asking me if I was staying or checking out. This is the first time I've ever been bothered about checking out, it was very rude and it ruined my day! The lady that checked me out wasn't very friendly.

The location to Harrisburg was great and only a short drive Hershey.

The room was dirty! The bedding was clean but everything else was gross. The bathroom tub would fill up during the shower due to drainage issues. When I told the front desk they wanted to move us but had to do it later in the day due to being fully booked. While talking to the front desk the house keeper informed me that the tubs flood in almost all of the rooms anyways so we just stayed in the one we had. After showering the bathroom doesn’t have a fan/ vent. So the entire bathroom would be covered in sticky water due to humidity. The back of the door literally had water running down and and my gf said she had to wipe all of the stuff down before using it because it was wet. After showering and walking around the carpeted room barefoot my feet started to turn black as if the carpet has NEVER been vacuumed it was so gross. I threw an extra blanket in the ground to walk across or wore shoes when I could. When we checked in the front desk lady told us the wrong room number so naturally the key didn’t work. I then went down there and got the key fixed for that room and when I arrived back at the room the key did work but there were bags on the bed and someone was clearly occupying the room. We didn’t enter the room and again returned to the front desk to get it sorted out. Turns out they told us the wrong room the first time which is why the key didn’t work the first time. Once we got the correct key and correct room everything was good but I did have a fear that they would mess up again and give our room key and number to someone else.

Excellent location. Staff was polite and caring.
