Location was great!

First off, I received an urgent call while I was driving and couldn’t take, then an email letting me know there was no Air Conditioning at the property. We were 2 hours before check in and we had driven 4 hours to get there. We accepted the offer to stay for a $50 refund as they thought the AC would be fixed the next day. I said if not fixed I would be ok with another $50 refund. My friend has asthma and we were worried about no AC. She was stuffy but because temps were cooler she was ok, not great but ok. It’s a shame no one followed through from Vacasa. My review would be much different. The homeowner should know that Vacasa’s service may hurt guest experience which is too bad. I’ve received many, many messages asking for a review. So here it is.
