the mattress was worn out, the Laundry too small, nothing was provided for personal or general cleaning

Design is perfect. Location is perfect. Highly recommended! Christina is the best host ever! Returning to her appointments every time I am in Firenze.

Location was 20 minute walk with luggage from main train station. Duomo was 15 minute walk which included walk over Ponte Vecchio bridge. Best Gelato was 5 minute walk (Gelateria della Passera) in Nicchio area. Very quiet road in a residential area.

Pull out bed was not comfortable at all! Apartment is really only good for a couple or 2 people sharing the bed.

The apartment is conveniently located, close enough to walk to main attractions & shops yet far enough away to relax. It was clean, comfortable and spacious for myself and my wife.

Great location, parking nearby (for 145 Euro for 4 nights), modern apparment with some minor glitches but overall nice experience. Good washing machine in basement. Comfortable main bed in bedroom, fold-out bed sofa was good but not great.

We had no warm or hot water in either the shower or kitchen during the first two days, but after the manager visited, it came back. We still can’t figure out what was wrong and it might have been a temporary glitch. Parking garage 15 m from appartment door only takes cash!
