We booked this vacation here because we love Long Beach as we have stayed in other properties here several times. We saw the listing for this beautiful upgraded condo and booked it as soon as we could. We arrived and had to go search for an office to check in. Did not like that. We arrive to the condo and I always check over everything before we unload, the condo was not clean, there was grass in one shower, popsicle sticks, and drink I think spilled all over the deck, crumbs on the floor and on the bench in the dining area, the frig had not been cleaned, food in sink, backsplash in kitchen was dirty, toilet in a bathroom was dirty, hair in shower, lint leftover from last guests in dryer, hair on beds, and a spider in the master bedroom bed when I turned covers back. I messaged host with pictures to tell him it was dirty and the response was thanks for the feedback I can use these to better train cleaners. He never offered to send them back to clean, which I was not going to accept I was going to clean myself but would have been nice to have been offered. We were allowed early check in, by host because condo was already clean, which was very nice and appreciated. Every unit I have ever stayed at in Long Beach offers beach chairs, this one did not. And with the price being higher than any other unit I have stayed in, would have been nice. Other than that the condo is beautiful and it is such a disservice that it wasn’t clean. The patio furniture is awful. Please get a couch.

The property was as advertised. Enough room for 10. Spacious kitchen and living, dinning area. The balcony was large and used often. Each bedroom had a bathroom. We were very pleased, talking about our next trip. The kids did go to the pool but enjoyed the beach more even with double red flags. They made sand castles, played frisbee and volley ball.

The condo itself was great!! Plenty of room for 8 of us and each room with its own bathroom was a huge plus! My first complaint is that I received a text the day before arrival stating we had to go to the office to pick up our parking pass. My friends that have stayed in the resort there previously said they were always mailed to their home the week before checking in. We just drove 11 hours. Who wants to go out of their way and be in the car longer? It was a slight inconvenience and maybe something they should change in their process. It made us feel like they dropped the ball and didn’t apologize or weren’t interested in making it right. Secondly, all the towels and wrist bands were hidden. We thought we had none of either. All the towels were hidden in cabinets and a bowl of wrist bands was found at the end of the week in the cabinet above the microwave. They quickly delivered more towels as nobody knew they were already there. They also sent wrist bands to the office for us to pick up, as nobody knew those were actually hidden in the condo as well. We greatly enjoyed our stay otherwise and the condo itself was absolutely perfect.

This property was stunning and fully equipped. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms were beautiful. Our favorite hangout was the kitchen/dining and balcony area. Great views of the ocean, the lagoon pool and sunsets. Thank you so much for everything. The Team was amazing and we will definitely be back.

It was beautiful place with lots of space, and each bedroom has its own bathroom. We are looking forward to returning!
