The hotel is new and i really feel it has alot of potential. I actually like the rooms, the location, amenities. But BUT it can really improve in these areas
1. There were people cutting tiles next to our window so that woke us up
2. The housekeepers wouldnt place the toilet paper and towels in the right place
3. The wifi does not reach the bed area of the suite
4. They placed us in a suite directly behind the elevator so whenever the elevator goes up and down it would make a noise . DO NOT STAY IN ROOM 401 and 501 these are the rooms back to back with the elevator
If they cab address these issues i would really give it a 5/5

It was amazing, love everything about this Sotogrande Baguio. The place is clean, the staff are very approachable and responsive, the food is excellent. We will definitely come back with more family and friends. Strongly recommend this hotel.
However, I would suggest to put some patio furnitures by the pool area instead of just a bench, this will make the users more comfortable and accommodating.

We stayed for 2 nights. Overall excellent but WiFi could be better, signal is lost too often. Room is not soundproof (4th floor) so you may hear others. Breakfast buffet was very nice.

Nice hotel and surrounding area, lots of places to eat around the neighborhood. Buffet breakfast is very good, selection changes everyday. Very constricted bathroom specially shower area is a bit hard to access specially for senior guest or anyone with knee problems. Otherwise all’s good.

This is a brand new hotel and very nice. Room was very nice and comfortable. Bathroom had a nice full vanity countertop where you could put things. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Food was excellent and room had a beautiful view.

The only negative i can say about the property is that the restaurants exhaust fan was below our room and if you opened a window or balcony door you could sometimes get a smell of fish or other food they were preparing.

Like cleanliness, respectful and attentive staff. I also like that the hotel is air-conditioned. Baguio is in the mountain region the Philippines it gets cool in the early hours of the day but it gets very hot in the middle of the day. Buffet breakfast was good with local and international dishes. Will stay again.

The front desk manager Marco and staff were very helpful in assisting us upon check in. During the night there was power outage and all night the room was very humid and the aircon could not be adjusted. In the morning there was a very low water pressure and not hot water to shower. The water supply was completely off as soon as I finished my bath( luckily) but I was not able to brush my teeth. My family ftom the other rooms had the same situation. The management should inform the guests if these problems happen.Many guests were unhappy from this incident. There should be a paging system to inform the guests. I praise all the staff for their friendliness and politeness.

I like the property location, very good location and convenient, so close to the Burnham Park. Property looks nice and elegant. The breakfast buffet was excellent, a lot of choices. The bathtub was kinda high and narrow and slippery, good thing there's a handrail. 3 family members slipped but other than everything is ok.

The property was great. It was clean, modern, room was spacious and staff were friendly and helpful. Their breakfast buffet was amazing with many options. My family enjoyed this property as well and it’s only a few minutes drive from the night market and camp John Hay.
