Front desk clerk was friendly. Room was large and the heater/ac had many options compared to others I've seen while vacationing.

The pillows weren't very comfortable, but we made them work. The shower head in our bathroom probably should be replaced. We tried watching a movie on the Free Showtime app on the TV, but 15 minutes in it disconnected and we were unable to continue the movie.

The location was great. We liked the fact that there was a restaurant on site. The staff was great also.

The room was a nice size.

The place was very run down and seemed creepy because it was so big and empty. Place needs a lot of maintenance work. Rear entrance door was not working properly.

Generally past its prime. When looking for hotel next night did not consider Red Lion brand.

Good location, right off the freeway and near everything you need. Very kind staff.

It’s old, you can tell and has clear signs of ware from the stained carpets in the hall, to the stained shower/tubs and shower heads, to the mystery stained sheets and comforter (gross). They have a strict no smoking policy which we liked, however all you could smell was pot in the hallway where we stayed. Pool area was nice, but never any pool towels available. The staff were all friendly at least. Over all, maybe a 5 of 10 at best.

Staff and room. When I realized that our restricted mobility only meant handrails and not a roll in shower, the staff quickly moved us to the more accommodating room. For just $5.00, my daughter was able to take a shower on her own without her mmother' help (she is 25) for the first time in 2 mo.since she broke her leg and I got to drink my coffee! Room was spacious enough for her scooter and comfortable

There was a party going on well past 2 am that was very loud. I complained twice to the front desk about not being able to sleep. I was told at 2 am that the band quit at midnight so it should quite down soon. It didn't. I will not stay there again

I definitely enjoyed the pool!

My room was next to the pool and was very humid, but the AC helped.

The heater noise, had to finally unplug ut couldn't get it to work. Just noise.. Tv remote didn't work at all. Check in added 40.00 incidental charge to my credit card. On top of room fee.?? Breakfast was not what was promised on line
