We had originally booked another property by this host and I never received check-in info. So, texted, called the night before and host told me that the unit I had reserved had plumbing issues and would I like a refund, or, consider another property. Crazy that I had to be the one to reach out and find out all the info! Anyway, I didn't like the hotel choices so, said "yes" to the new rental. Looked okay, but not great on the pics she sent me. The property is in a terrific location if you want to be in Old Town. The unit is clean and quiet. The furnishings and amenities are sparse, I am guessing this is a new property acquisition? We were. locked out of the 3rd bedroom the first night, very few towels, the bedroom work for a family with young kids but not really for a group of adults/ adult kids. Also, the lockbox for keys is outside of the complex and there is only one set, so, when trying to come home at night and have to turn on your flashlight on phone to get into the key lockbox while there are some sketch people hanging around, isn't ideal. Host was mostly on it while we were there, but too often, took a day or 5 to get back to me.....

We really enjoyed our stay. Pros: For the most part the apartment was quiet and private. The beds are comfy and the towels absorbant. The place was clean and the kitchen was stocked with just the basics. It’s situated in a great location- 2 blocks from Core Power Yoga, and less than 10 minutes from Old Town Pasadena. Cons: The pillows on the beds could be improved significantly, and the bedding would be better if it was bamboo or cotton as it didn’t breathe the best. There were also no oven mitts and it would be great if there was a more substantial baking tray. Lastly, don’t plan on washing your clothes as the lining in the washing machine was covered in mildew think this is a fairly new listing so im sure they will add a few of these items. The check in process was super easy but also strange as the door was unlocked and keys were on the counter. We felt safe so it wasn’t an issue, but I might recommend a different way to check in.

Beautiful home with everything needed for an extended stay. Excellent location on a quiet street. Walking distance to Old Town Pasadena with lots of shopping and restaurants.
