Property was well maintained and very clean. Location perfect for enjoying the beach on the gulf or sound side. The pool was a great bonus!

We enjoyed our stay here - great location - allowing you to either pick the sound side (calm) or the beach side (waves) as well as the pool. Located right next to public parking and for my kids, a Kona Ice Truck! The place was clean, comfy beds and an awesome loft upstairs for the kids. Air conditioning worked really well and having the rooms on the bottom floor made it very nice for sleeping. The FREE trolley has a stop right out front of the building and can take you all over Pensacola Beach - makes for a great DD!
Make sure to bring your own paper towels, trash bags (things like that) as they do not provide unless someone prior leaves extra. This property is run by a company that has lots of other properties and may not know everything about that unit, so make sure you read the welcome info etc as there were things (like a storage closet with beach toys) that we were told they didn't have, but after reading the info, bonus they did!

Property location was perfect for us. Away from all the traffic but still close enough to go grab dinner/shopping/fun stuff. Having the beach and bay right there on each side of the complex was great, plus the pool. If traveling with a toddler, I would not recommend due to the amount of stairs. We had a toddler (almost 3) and I didn’t think about her having to go up and down so many stairs inside and out of the condo. Condo was clean and nice, we enjoyed the stay. There were some slight cosmetic things that could be fixed (master shower leaking, some tiles broken on stairs, master bed seemed to have springs broke or something bc it was super loud on one side when laying down). The younger ones loved the nook that had games, dolls, and a little sofa. Check in was incredibly easy and convenient.

Beaches were much closer than the photos show. That was a surprise. If you are looking for a lot of space then this is it. Kids area upstairs, large living area on main floor and 2 more huge bedrooms and bathrooms on lower floor. Lots of stairs coming into unit and in the unit itself, so be aware if you have knee problems this is not the condo for you. A lot of little things were broken in the unit, loose, worn out or not working exactly as they should have been, but I guess that would be because the unit has kids in it often. It is located on a quiet end of town, but the public beach across the street can get quite crowded on holidays. The day after the holiday it was back to normal. If you stay here you definitely need to go visit Fort Pickens which pretty much borders the property. The beaches there are quiet and uncrowded and the fort is interesting to see and explore. Overall we really enjoyed our short stay.

My goodness, this place is immaculate! If you think it's nice in the pictures, wait until you see it in person! This condo is HUGE! Out of all the places we've stayed in, this one tops them all. Between the location being perfectly set between the bay and the boardwalk to the beach, the views, the effortless walk to each side, and the pool being in the parking lot, it was much more than we expected. There was plenty of room for the whole family to comfortably relax in the condo, and the play loft definitely topped it off! 3 showers made our evenings so smooth. The bay area is literally the back yard of this place and it has a play area. The pool had a beautiful view of the bay and the beach was amazing and not crowded at all. The locker filled with beach chairs, floats, toys, etc., made our swim trips even that more fun and lessoned the load we had to pack. There's an elevator as well so you don't even have to use the stairs to get to the level of the condo. The master bedroom has a jacuzzi tub with ocean views, as well as the bedroom itself and the main floor! You can't get a better place to vacation at. Kudos to the owners for sharing this home. We had a blast and will definitely be back!

The beach and bay right outside our door.we liked being at the very end of the area by Ft Pickens, great restaurants close by. Only complaints are the mattresses pretty wore out and needs new kitchen pans and utensils. We made great memories and highly recommend staying here lots of beach chairs and supplies

Amenities and location were as described with easy access to the Gulf and the Sound side. The only down side, and I am nitpicking, the upkeep of the property needs some maintenance. Some fresh paint, repair of wood trim, 1/4 round, baseboards throughout the house. Shower head in the main bedroom’s bathroom didn’t work properly and had to be raised and lowered with a clamp. Ventilation fan for the microwave that appears to be routed to the exterior looks to be held together with duct tape, so don’t try blackening any fish or shrimp, or you’ll be smoked out of the kitchen.
Owner was very responsive and got back to me within minutes and open to repairs that I noted.

Host and condo were great. This condo has plenty room for everyone. We were 6 adults and a one year old. Perfect location with ocean views. The ocean is just a short walk across the street and out your door is the Sound if you don’t want waves. The Sound was great for our granddaughter. Loved our stay!!!

This is our second time staying at this property and it does not disappoint. Apartment is very spacious and well equipped. The views are phenomenal! Our boys had plenty of games and toys to stay entertained when not chasing seagals on the beach! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

The property was great. The condo had everything we needed and it was very homie. Aaron was extremely responsive and very helpful. I asked him a lot questions before the trip and never waited long for the answer. During the trip he also sent updates immediately. I would highly recommend this property. It's a perfect location as well.

The beach is right across the street and minimal traffic. The beach isn't too crowded and beautiful. The property is older but clean and functional. Because of the location, you aren't spending too much time indoors. Great communication from host.

There was construction ongoing at the condo complex, and the balconies were closed, and the owner kept us well advised of this in advance. Otherwise the condo was a great place to stay for close beach and bay access.

We had an amazing time in Pensacola over spring break. The condo is in a nice quite location with great access to the beach, a private beach on the bay, and a pool. The property manager was fantastic to work with. Can't wait to come back to visit this location again.

Had a great time. Came for the Blue Angels and the view I was not disappointed. Just me and my son so we did not use the kitchen but I am nosy and I had anything we would have needed should we wanted to cook a meal and enjoy the sunset from the balcony.

The property has a very warm cozy feeling that allows you to relax and enjoy the sounds of the waves from the living room and balcony with a cute little twinkling tree by the fireplace, Master bedroom was amazing with its person balcony and jetted tub and shower w/the view of the gulf!!! ,Complete set up in kitchen with everything we needed including an hand mixed and toaster w/plenty of seasonings for cooking and all the pots and pans and plenty of different cups and plates. Dinning area was nice a big enough to entertain for a nice sit down dinner. Be prepared to go upstairs and down stairs plenty of times if your hosting a few drinks , restrooms are located on second floor! Plenty of towels and pillows available , bed mattress in both second floor bedrooms need to be upgraded , slept 2 nights on the couch bc it was much better.

We really enjoyed our time here. We loved the location with easy access to the Gulf or the sound. Neither was crowded and an easy walk to both. The condo had plenty of space for all of us and was well stocked! Even though it may be a little older of a building, it did not bother us because it was very clean which is more important to me. Communication with the owner was quick and easy. We only had one con and that was the bed in the master bedroom. My husband and I have some back issues and it was just a mattress on a metal frame which we could feel every time we moved. Other than that we loved this place.

Everything was perfect! Beauty all around us. We saw sunrise & sunset from the condo. The gulf in front of us & the sound behind us. You would have never known Ian was just up the coast. Can’t wait to come back!

I have stayed at several units on this property and so far this one has been my favorite! It accommodated our family well. The sleep and play lofts were a hit with the kids! It was clean, had all the essentials, and the views of the beach did not disappoint. We were thankful for the use of their beach equipment because it is difficult to travel with everything you may need for young children. This place had it all! Thanks for the relaxing vacation experience. We will very likely stay here again!

The condo had a great view of the ocean and easy access to the beach and the bay. Condo was nice and owner was quick to respond to any questions. It was a great location and had a trolley stop right in front of the condos if you wanted to ride the trolley in. We had a blast and made lots of memories!

We stayed at this property after a full week staying at the Regency Towers and let me tell you, I've never been so disappointed in my life! Disappointed that I didn't book this beautiful condo for our entire stay!!! The difference was night and day! This home was HUGE and incredible for my family! A fun space for my kids was a huge perk and covered reserved parking was amazing especially since we traveled during the "rainy season". Admittedly the beach was not as nice as the other side of the island but that is simply nitpicking and has nothing to do with this condo. The only thing I will say is that if you're staying over a holiday weekend, plan your outings on the same stretch as the condo as the traffic and parking towards the boardwalk was a nightmare. We did have 1 slight moment where we couldn't locate something but our messages were responded to immediately and instantly resolved. I've already added this place to my favorites list and we absolutely will stay again. Thank you so much.

Absolutely amazing property! Great location right across from the beach and the bay is right behind the property. The beach across the property was never crowded during our stay. The property is very spacious and was clean when we arrived. Communication with Aaron was great! He answered my texts in a timely manner. We arrived an hour before the scheduled checkout and Aaron allowed us to check in early. Can’t wait to go back!
