Very nice hotel. Large room. Great walk in shower. Every staff member we can in contact with was very friendly and helpful. Location was perfect.

The bed was comfortable and the room was nice. Check in lady was great!
We found A LOT of hair in our room and some fake eyelashes in the bed. None of which were ours. The room appeared clean but clearly not fully. Breakfast wasn’t the best. The warm food wasn’t warm or had been out for so long it was almost hard. Some areas for improvement. We’d consider staying here again.

This is the 2nd stay I've had here in 6 mths. I love this hotel! Very clean, comfortable beds and helpful staff. Breakfast was average fare, could use some bacon or sausage. (hint hint) Only complaint was 1st nite I was placed very close to elevator. I was moved and then slept great.

Big rooms. Very convenient and the staff was so helpful. Debbie the first night helped me push my luggage as she could see I nearly fell as I was so tired after moving all day. The bathroom door nearly hits the toilet, so I think that is a bad design. There is a lot of debris in the wall ac unit, and I reported it to the manager, he said he would get maintenance on that right away. Otherwise, this room was clean and very accommodating. I love the Hilton brand and find it is dependable from place to place!

Staff is always wonderful. Front desk staff are always willing to accommodate. Very helpful and welcoming. We always enjoy our stay. However, we do not enjoy breakfast options. It’s one of the least favorite out of all our hotel stays.

The rooms were very very clean and the staff was so polite. I do wish they had more meat options for breakfast though. I will definitely be back.

There was a lot of little girl soccer players during my stay. There must’ve been some kind of a tournament happening. They were either very well behaved, or the hotel is sound proof.

This is my second weeklong stay at this property. Room was great for an extended stay. Very clean, bed was very comfortable. Staff were all friendly.

Food was very limited in options. Did not seem fresh. The hotel itself was VERY nice and the room was huge and very clean.

Breakfast selection could have been better - bagel sandwiches already made. Only one egg left and did not bring more out until that one was gone. Toaster did not toast bread. Very poor selection of choices.
Walls seemed paper thin - lots of outside in the hall room.

First visit to this property easily accessible at an intersection. Free parking, well lit, and no issues in parking lot. Free breakfast.
It’s a newer property with a bright colored lobby, ample seating, and charging options. Enjoyed the treadmill during my stay. Rooms are spacious and clean. I always sanitize before I unpack and I discovered no issues. The a/c is SUPER COLD in the room.

Nice stay, but they could take some lessons from the Home2Suites in Brownwood Texas. They were way above the Round Rock Home2Suites. The breakfast bar at Brownwood was so much better than the one in Round Rock. Round Rock Home2Suites could take some lessons from the Brownwood Home2Suites!!!

Stay was great. People were too. The only downfall was the smoking area at the entrance of the hotel. There is a nice outside area but people are smoking and it ruins the opportunity to be out there. It is also a first impression as you walk into the hotel and it stinks.

Bathroom in the 1st room provided was not cleaned from the last guest. 2nd room that I was provided was a lock-out room (not my request) had very loud/noisy guest next door. After reporting this and speaking with On site supervisor she moved me again to the 4th floor. After 3 moves the final room was satisfactory

Moving out of town so just one night. We have stayed at an Home Suite 2 previously 8 years ago and same excellent experience. Looking forward to trip to Waco Texas to tour museums and plan n staying at Home Suite 2 there. Thank you for making our stay a wonderful experience. Jim and Dana Moran

We stayed in two rooms with our 12 U boys basketball team. Ms. Hall at the front desk helped us to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

I have been very disappointed in the quality of the breakfasts at Home2Suites hotels. My family eat healthy foods and I have been unable to eat the breakfasts at the Home hotels and therefore have had to find alternative area restaurants with organic and healthier choices.

The room we had the breaker kept tripping and out refrigerator would not stay on. We stayed there for a softball tournament and had a fridge full of food. It was unfortunate the front desk they would try to get maintenance there. But no luck.

Staff very friendly. Room was comfortable and spacious with kitchenette. Clean facility, well-cared for. I enjoyed the Peloton bike in the fitness center.

Do not stay in room 109! The microwave doesn’t work and they knew this when I checked in and didn’t tell me! They said they are aware of the situation but can’t fix it. What?!! It needs a bigger breaker in the fuse panel which is in the room. I was there for a week and couldn’t use the microwave. Disappointing. I loved everything else about the hotel. It’s a shame, this needs addressed. They did say there was another room that the microwave didn’t work but they didn’t say which one, ASK BEFORE YOU CHECK IN IF IT WORKS!

This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in . The only issue I had was the bedding having a scent I wasn’t keen on. Everything else was excellent, including friendliness from the staff. I will definitely stay again.

I know it might have been a communication issue but I thought the cleaning staff understood we would be out at 12 pm on Sunday as had not had the linens changed since Friday. We returned late at night so too late to know. We did ask for several things to refresh our things and very accommodating for everything. Other than that it was a great 3-day stay and would definitely come back to your Hotel again.
