A mom and pop motel which is a run-down property, but with stellar staff and rooms very clean,freshly painted, new flooring, newish bathrooms, awesome towels. Daily room service not included. Convenient parking. Security good. Convenient to HWY 99, Swedish Edmonds Medical Center. Safeway/Starbucks a few minutes’ drive. It has a BBQ, table and chairs under a stunning red maple.

Great little motel in a convenient location. It felt pretty safe which some areas of 99 don't. They mentioned when I was checking in to please keep the noise down, and sure enough it was actually pretty quiet, which was great! The room was clean and adequate. My only complaint is that there were only two very thin pillows on the bed; if you're able to bring your own pillows, I definitely recommend that!
Keep in mind this is a 5* review for the price and grade of hotel this is. Don't expect anything fancy.

My room was one of those really cute motel rooms like you'd remember from 1950/60's road trips on Hwy 99 from Seattle to Vancouver BC. It was clean, comfortable, and they are in the process of updating all the rooms. AND... no skanky people allowed on site, so far safer and quieter than a couple other places not far away.

The manager was very attentive but he is open until 10pm so take your precautions when checking in.

I needed a safe place for my mom to stay while my wife and I went on a cruise. My mom wasn’t going on the cruise and this place was affordable and very clean. I called and spoke to the manager and they allowed me to get her all checked in before we left on the cruise. The took care of her all week. I can’t thank them enough. Great place to stay.

Property managers are on site and are very hands on. Fantastic customer service, always helpful with a smile! This hotel is well maintained and clean, I’ll be back!!

Clean rooms, friendly staff, good price! You’ll have a hard time finding another place that is this clean at this price point. Staff was also very accommodating to my need to lengthen my stay

The staff is very nice and accommodating.
The pillows are squishy and uncomfortable, making it hard to sleep. On the second night, I supplemented the motel pillow with a firmer one purchased from a nearby thrift store. This made sleeping much easier.

Didn't know it was right off of Hwy 99, so traffic was a bit noisy. We were given a room toward the back, so it was quiet. AC was fairly quiet. Would suggest installing safety grab bars in shower, and a rubber nonskid mat for the tub. Hope you can provide light breakfast for guests, but we had a good breakfast at the Family Pancake House. Your property was easily accessible back to the freeway (I-5). I understand this is still a work in progress, so keep up the good work.

This place is agem. Not expensive nor extravagant. The rooms are nicely laid out and clean. Management is on property, so you know attention to detail is top notch. AC/heat, refrigerator and microwave in room, Parking right outside your door.

As an economy hotel, I would recommend K and E highly . Staff was very helpful. The room was comfortable, there was even a small fridge and microwave in my room. the bed was comfortable.

Very clean, newly remodeled room with very nice staff. Room was a little more basic than I realized, but worked for the night.

It was a nice, clean, quiet hotel. Very basic, but I just required a clean room without any loud noises or people. It was very quiet, the staff was nice and helpful, and I slept great. Checkout was easy and I got my deposit back immediately. This has not been the case at other hotels I have stayed at. If you are looking for value in a nice location close to food and shopping in walking distance this is a great option. If you want a fancy hotel this will not meet your requirements.
