Room was cold at night till we turned on the portable radiator.

The owners are lovely people. Pedro and Sophie were warm and gracious hosts. They offered to help with my luggage and were genuinely helpful with directions to locations around Edmonds.

Honestly I can't think of anything missing from my visit.

The bed was comfortable and the TV worked fine.

We didn’t realize it was a shared space in someone’s home. Many of the amenities were as advertised but unfortunately described the common areas. Nothing against the host. Once we checked in, he left us alone and was nice. We were very uncomfortable because we missed the info in the description about sharing. Even though the hosts stayed in their bedroom at the end of the hall with the door closed, it felt awkward and uncomfortable to come out of our room to go to the bathroom next to our bedroom. The blinds in the bedroom were dusty and one was missing a control piece at the top. . Too much stuff on countertop in bathroom left little counter space for our toiletries.

Pedro the host was so friendly and helpful!

We didn’t realize that the room was within the hosts home and didn’t have a private entrance. The bath was private and just down the hall, but not in-suite so felt a bit awkward as we didn’t realize the room was within the hosts home.

That bathroom was private but separate from the room, prefer it in room, otherwise great water pressure and heat.

The room was good although the lock was not functioning properly, the bed was comfortable and the location was OK. Need a receipt for the stay.

Google searched on B and B which included breakfast and other amenities. There was no host. Despite the rainy weather, the advertised amenities were not usable.

Very pleasant host. Easy access.

The bathtub was not up to par. Peeling paint. Unusable for a bath.

Super clean, large bedroom, house itself has beautiful view, lovely grounds, nice interior decor in common areas - family room, dining room, kitchen. Quiet. hosts friendly but not intrusive, supportive and kind.

I cannot think of anything I would change ... it's nicer than my own home.

Pedro and Sophie were very gracious . The kitchen was convenient and well stocked. The room was more that adequate. The bathroom was next door and was we'll stocked. Beautiful home and grounds!!

No screens on bedroom windows. Bedroom and bathroom door were noisy.

We ate out

The Hosts , Pedro and Sophie welcomed us into their home. Showed us around and told us that, this was our home to to use the living room and kitchen. We had complete privicy and slept well.

Pedro was a wonderful host, we now become good friends

Everything was just fine!

The atmosphere was wonderful. It felt like home away from home. The value and quality we received exceeded our expectations. I would recommend this property to anyone and we are looking forward to staying there again in the future.

The hosts, Sophie and Pedro, were very friendly and helpful. Often asked if we wanted anything. They brought us a bunch of fresh plums from their garden. They were sensitive to giving us as much privacy as we wanted. Their home is beautiful and we spent a few hours in their living room, reading and enjoying the views of Peugeot Sound. Oh, yes, the bed was very comfortable.

Although the bathroom is right outside the bedroom door, it is not en Suite. Just a small inconvenience to make sure we were properly clothed 😁 before going to the bathroom.
