Balcony dirty..room not very clean..no coffee or tea provide in the room..rm119 to expensive for budget room like this..

Tha staffs were very good and welcoming.

No room cleaning, can hear outside noise very easily, the blanket is so old, certain property must ask then only the staff will give.

The location is fine. like in the middle of Penang

cleanliness of the hotel is just okay, no lift you have to climb the stairs and AC is not that cold

Very nice environment, clean and safe. Overall is very nice. Staff is kind and friendly.

Only the toilet, the door a bit hard to close. The carpark also, hard to go out (if that person first come penang and not brave in driving)

The hotel's wifi is fast and everything inside the room was very good. The location of the hotel is excellent too as the restaurants and the mall are within walking distance.

The receptionist was expecting the customer to know what was inside her head, raising her voice and making us uncomfortable. There's no need to raise your voice when you're asking us the question for the first time. Also, the air conditioner inside the room was leaking even though we didn't put the temperature low, so we pulled the bed to the center a little bit.

There was no breakfast available and the location was perfect with two shopping malls nearby and bus stations to major locations. The buses are around 20 minutes interval time.

The room should require some maintenance for example a re painting and fixing the closet amenities would make it more better. A little information from the reception about the nearby areas would be great too.

No lift but stairs. Imagine take around 30-50 steps on stair to 2nd floor, ac not cold enough.

1. Room amenities are so limited. 2. Lack of drinking glasses n not suitable for hot drinks! 3. Broken cloth hangers. 4. Mouldy walls n ceiling. 5. Old n rough materials for blankets. 6. Grab rides are not easily available around the area early morning. 7. Hotel's name on Booking.com, on Grab.com and own sites are all different!! 9.We were lost n grab driver wasn't helpful at all.

Unhelpful grab drivers when we needed direction n when we asked for locations. Mostly young male drivers. The webpages n map app couldn't be any accurate and confusing with different names n addresses. Booking.com should update n provide correct name of the hotel, and with street photos from all angles. Our ride from the hotel to Penang Hill, Bkt Bendera on the last day of stay was good with a elderly driver. Very helpful and showed us around since it was along his route.

The bathroom was wet when we arrived at 11pm,the pillow covers were yellowish not white,bed was hard,no lifts

Very limited parking. No proper parking space. Small and mouldy bathroom. Noisy. Can hear people talking loudly outside and sirens sound.
