All new clean property. Fantastic breakfast

The only negative thing was that the table in our room was not functional. 3 of the 4 tablelegs were broken. I told the lady at the front desk and her reply was "those parts need to hurry and come in". The table should be removed from the room if its broken.

We were traveling home from vacation and from the time we walked in, until we left in the morning everything was great. The room was clean, comfortable and was surprisingly spacious. This hotel is very pet friendly as well .We will definitely stay here if we travel that way again.

Great hotel! Extremely clean, very friendly. The sheets were sooo soft I didn’t want to get out of bed! Bathrooms and shower were very nice and clean as well!

While the property was beautiful, the housekeeping was lacking. Floors and walls were dirty and there were dishes left in the dishwasher. The area was a little sketchy. As an LEO family, there was a lot of red flags.

It’s a modern/new hotel walking distance to Cracker Barrel and Longhorn. Just within half a mile there are more shops, coffee spots and fast food places. It’s pet friendly but not a lot of spots to walk your dog. La Quinta is within the same area and has more grass. The breakfast was okay but the dining area needs to be frequently wiped after people have come and gone through there.
There was a problem with the water in the morning, the mains was shut off so there was no water supply for a couple of hours which was inconvenient. The rooms were nice, modern, clean and spacious.

Very beautiful immaculate hotel. Rooms are quiet and dark with good shower. Breakfast was nice. Highly recommend

New hotel, nice and clean as well as secure. Elevators are a bit slow but it was a busy weekend. They ran out of muffins (all my daughter would really eat of the options) but they do have a very nice breakfast - just not if one doesn’t eat eggs. (Omelets, bowls, sandwiches, waffle bar, yogurt, cereal)

Very open, bright, and welcoming lobby. Friendly staff at check in. The room was huge with lots of amenities (dishes, coffee maker, dishwasher, large mini-frige/small regular sized fridge,etc) the entire place was white glove clean. Would highly recommend

While the hotel is very new and nice there were a lot of flies and bugs in the lobby and room. The counter in my room was covered in dead flies.
Overall, very nice hotel. Just need some bug spray and to clean room better.

Our on way (traveling) went through hotel.com and booked our stay. When we got there a girl behind the desk was not experienced. So she charged an incidental fee and for the room. So I was charged twice for this room. Talked to a different guy next day to check out and told him the problem. He wasn’t authorized to fix it. Had a phone # for a manager. No answer and voicemail not set up. Today I called the property and spoke to someone that I believe fixed the issue. Because of this I don’t think I will be using hotel.com any more. That was stressful and hotel.com price was higher than they charge for the stay

Nice new hotel. Lots of storage in the room. Kitchenette was fantastic. Staff was great. Husband said it was the best hotel breakfast he's had- that's saying a lot! Convenient to the interstate- although the entrance is a bit tricky.

Breakfast was awful! Not prepared for large crowds. Cold biscuit sandwiches. You either have biscuits, or u have sausage. Bring your own cream cheese for the bagels. Pretty empty trays of food.

Enjoyed staying at the Home2 suites very comfortable beds and pillows great shower head. Friendly front desk staff. The only downside was there was no signage leading you into the hotel parking lot

One night stay on the way Florida. Front desk super nice at check in and vet helpful. Very new hotel so new that Google maps did not send me there, it was across the street almost panicked when I arrived at an empty lot. But had to look left and go around the block.
Breakfast was yummy, although at 9:30 they didn’t replace any food and it was open til 10am? But I didn’t ask either.
Would definitely stay again. But have aways had good experience with Home2

Brand new hotel. However, when we arrived doe our wedding anniversary we were told that the King Suite we booked was not available and they had 2 queen beds? WHAT? OK and then Tessa proceeds to tell us that some rooms were not cleand and some rooms in this just opened hotel were "blocked" due to issues. Furthermore, I booked through Hotels.com and she tells me it wasn't paid for! I tried to show her my receipt and she didn't care. We called Hotels.com and they called the hotel. Tessa was rude to them and to us. She told them she was canceling the reservation and told us goodbye. SHAME ON THIS PLACE!
