Schön warm im Zimmer, wir waren im Winter. Gute Lage, Cafe und Restaurant gleich um die Ecke, mit U - Bahn ist Prag Innenstadt und Burg gut zu erreichen, perfektes Hotel für Stadttrip. Nur wenige Schritte zur O2 Arena, das war für uns wichtig wegen Konzertbesuch.

Super, že je tam výtah, ale stanice měl v mezipatře, takže s těžkým kufrem to byl boj.

Nevkusná a zanedbaná kuchyňka. Na chodbách byl cítit kouř z cigaret.

Dobré ubytování na dobrém místě a vše bez problémů.

Hotel je umístěn v dobré lokalitě,blízko metra a MHD. Příjemný personál.

Trošku horší výhled z okna, ale to není podstatné

Everyone at the Hotel Arena was friendly and cared for our comfort. The room was spacious and practical. The bathroom was clean. I enjoyed having the possibility to warm up some food, tea or coffee using the kitchenette. The location of the hotel for public transport and the private parking are the big plus points.

The summer terrasse with the smell of cigarette. I was looking forward to sitting a bit outside on the terrasse but I couldn't handle the strong smell of cigarette at early morning. Maybe consider emptying more often the trash or keep the smoking area to one or the other (outside vs inside).

Při příchodu do pokoje jsme zjistili, že zde vůbec nebyla pokojská. Paní na recepci vše rychle a ochotně napravila, ale celkový dojem z pobytu to hodně pokazilo. Pokud by k této chybičce nedošlo, bylo by vše vyhovující.

The lady at the reception was very friendly and helpful to us. The room was exactly as described on Booking.com, it was clean and comfortable. Although there was no parking available at the hotel, we found one very easily on the public road in front of it with electronic payment (€15/day). Also very helpful is the fact that there is a metro station 100m away.

It would be useful for anyone traveling by car to know during the booking process and not afterwards whether there is parking available at the accommodation or not.

There was a young man on the reception who was very nice and tried to help us when we asked, he answered with pleasure. The place is close to the city.

They don't clean the rooms, they just change the towels in the bathroom and take the bathroom trash. I asked them to clean the room because it is dirty because I have children and I asked for some coffee I got some coffee but they never cleaned the room. She said she would clean it but she didn't. There is no air conditioning, the hotel is very hot, but there was a small fan. I am very sad about the cleaning service. We booked two rooms there and we had children, but they did not respond to clean.

Quite neighborhood, a shopping mall nearby, so there was no problem to find a place for breakfast. Rooms clean and cozy, small kitchen in each floor with utensils, microwave and tea pot.

Parking is on the street, but priced everywhere. The hotel does not include a free parking space, so we had to search for a cheaper one couple of streets away. Far from the city centre, so additional money for a tram or a bus for travelling around need to be accounted.

Goog location. Good parking, very nice personal.

The room didn’t have air-con. The fan was provided but it’s not enough in very hot days. Also the curtains didn’t cover the window properly as not wide enough.

The place was terribly loud, didn’t sleep the whole night, you can hear absolutely everything what’s going on in other rooms and outside. The clientele this hotel attracts seems to be very shady as I feared the whole night that someone will come inside my room and rape me (as this was the type of action that I heard the whole night). The reception is closed all night so you have no one to complain to but call the police. Terrible stay - would not recommend to anyone!

Newly refurbished room. Easy parking for a very reasonable amount in the hotel garage.
