The location
I found the ad highly misleading. I paid this price for a few reasons:
-cleanliness
-the toilet is in a terrible condition!!!!
-the garden space
-the location
-the space within the house
This property delivered only a central location! I am so disappointed! Grass was super long, towels smelled damp, there were spiders and spider webs, the tv had no satellite or Netflix etc as advertised and the upstairs neighbour kept us up. There was also a dirty sponge for dishes and no dish washing liquid.
