Pleasant and quiet stay. Room was clean and tidy. The property is careworn but felt safe. Fridge and microwave in room.

Pretty good motel! Room was nice and big with a good mattress.

Close to downtown

No frills, affordable stay. Was clean (but could use deep clean). Rooms are good size with kitchen sink. Quiet (though there is creaking from room above- not bothersome though). Beautiful creek in the back. Small parking spots. Walking distance to restaurants. I'd stay here again.

The hotel is very dated, but looks as though they may be renovating. Check in was quick and easy. Friendly service. I forgotten my key and they were available to give me an a new key around midnight(sorry!). It’s right off the road, but has a nice walking path next to the river in the back.

Just needed a place for the night so it was cheap and convenient… but felt uncomfortable as the location isn’t great. There was a huge cockroach in the trashcan trying to get out. Everything else in the area is super expensive so that’s why we booked this one. I immediately regretted it once we arrived.

Definitely a convenient spot for a one night stay if you are going to Hayden amphitheater, but not somewhere you’d want to stay long term. Bed was comfy enough with cute sheets, but the metal panel around the bottom sounds like a gong whenever something hits it. Shower was kinda gross but not the worst. Overall an alright place to stay for a quick trip

Didn't like the part of town it was in. Didn't feel comfortable to go out for dinner at night.

Good place to stay. Rooms are spacious. Staff is friendly. Moderately priced.

Great little room, the bed was clean, worth the money

Checked in, dropped our bags, and went out for the day. When we returned to wash up and go to bed, we noticed that there was gunk on the sheets. No one was in the office to request clean replacements. We stripped the bed and slept on top of the mattress for the night rather than in dirty sheets. The shower was moldy and slippery and didn't drain properly. The toilet wasn't properly affixed to the ground and wobbled. The next morning, we told the receptionist about the sheets and she said, that's just a burn mark. That's... not better? Its a non-smoking hotel! And it wasn't a burn, it looked like snot. We didnt get anywhere with her, so we left and cut our stay 2 nights short. We ended up paying for a 2nd hotel room elsewhere and hope we can receive a refund for this dirty and unwelcoming room. This place shouldnt be offered on this website.

Strictly speaking, this is a hotel.

One of the worse places I seen we had to go to different hotel

Big room. Smelled clean at arrival but floor was a bit dirty when bare foot after shower. So we kept socks on- which i usually do anyway. Comforter had some holes and a few visible stains. Bed was big, but no fitted sheet- just a flat sheet on top of a flat sheet. Which felt odd and when we slept it moved of course, which sorta grossed me out. I don’t wanna see the mattress. Bathroom definitely needs maintenance. Cracks at the bottom of the wall, plaster fallen away from shower bottom and shower was verrrrrry small. But it was decent enough for one night. Tv was complicated to use with no instructions — it was like live tv through internet but kept saying not signed it it was annoying. I got it to work but it took 20 mins and i dunno what i did lol Very convenient to downtown bend and reasonably priced. Fix up the bathrooms and put some more care into the bedding and you could have a good spot

The nonsmoking room smelled like an ashtray and the room was filthy.

Great location. Nice staff.

Next to bus line and Fred Meyer. Thin walls, you can hear traffic at night. You can also hear neighbors. Tv wasn't sure if it wanted to black and white or with color, static, unwatchable. Mystery spots all over. Need updating badly. But roof over your head.

We did not stay there. They cancelled our reservation w/o informing us. Bend was very busy this weekend. We were almost stranded. Expedia was able to put us in a beautiful Hotel. When we arrived there we realized that Budget inn is a low end motel on a very noisy street. We had an event to attend and was using it as a place to lay our heads.

Quick friendly check in.

Check in experience was uncomfortable. I had the feeling like I woke the owners up and had to check in through a small window opening. Lots of signs around the place made it seem unsafe. We only had 2 towels for 4 people. It was a bit run down, but beds were comfortable and the room was bigger than expected.

No ice machine.

Budget = dive! You get what you pay for, but fine for a quick overnight. No extra pillows. Shower needs replaced/repaired & is tiny. Glass light cover missing from the light. Obviously an issue as it was nicely placed on the shelf. Floor is very uneven...not sure what the issue below the linoleum/laminate is...can't tell with shoes on, but very obvious without.

Great staff. A few minor flaws in the room, but nothing to fuss about. Perfect for our one night get away!

For what it is and for the price it is a great place to sleep for a night.

Nice place

The reviews on hotels.com were much better than the true reviews about this place on google, which I had the misfortune of seeing after I was checked. The rooms are equivalent to staying in an old manufactured home that's been very haphazardly renovated. The owners should find a different investment industry because the hospitality industry is not it. Guests shouldn't have to worry an entire trip about whether they're going to be screwed out of the incidentals deposit because the floors don't get mopped & the towels in turn get filthy when they hit the ground. I could write a small novel about what was messed up about this place and our stay but I'll leave it at that.

Clean and great for the price. Don’t expect any extras, but it was a great price for what I needed, which was a place to catch a night’s sleep while in town for an event.

No bells or whistle. Just a place to lay your head down for a couple of hours. Staff was nice enough.
